Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This smell in the place is horrible upon entering. And yes everything was sticky. My son and his friend half filled their cups and added a few toppings and it was over $20. The girl up front that checked us out was sweet.

You couldn’t pay me to eat here. I walked in and almost immediately turned around and left. It smelled horrible. The machines were dirty. The floors were sticky. The lights weren’t even on inside the store. This place needs to close immediately.

Gross and disappointing. I thought maybe it was a temporary issue, so we stopped coming for a year or so, but I was wrong. This place has some of the worst management I’ve seen in 20+ years of industry experience. There is one kid working the counter (and they’re always on their phone). No one cleans, no one stocks the toppings or paper, and maybe half of the machines are working at any given time. The flavor choices are minimal, the floors and tables are sticky, and overall this place is just disgusting. Wish we could get a decent froyo place here instead

*trip from 8/18/24* Our frozen yogurt was delightful, but I don’t know why there weren’t any lights on when we entered. We actually almost didn’t go in because we thought the store was closed. The inside was not disgusting, but needed some tidying. The girl at the front counter was pleasant. What concerned me was that my husband went to the bathroom and saw someone (employee or patron unknown) in the back room getting their hair braided. That’s pretty gross in a food establishment. Then, it got worse when I saw someone come out of the back room, prop the back door open with a roll of trash bags, and step out to smoke. Said woman then entered again a few minutes later into the back room with the lit cigarette. The owner or someone who helps uphold corporate standards needs to visit.

Upon walking into the restaurant the smell was disgusting we tried to push pass it but looking around with no lights on, the trash can was in the middle of the floor and the icecream servers were extremely dirty. We left within a minute because of poor maintenance and care this branch needs to be shut down immediately. Again the smell was deeply disturbing:

The smell in this place is atrocious. I don’t know if it’s spoiled or uncleaned yogurt in the machines, or a terrible smell coming from the bathrooms, but this is pretty disgusting for a food service place. Somebody seriously needs to solve this smell problem! I mentioned it to the staff but they just told me they keep passing their health inspection! Seriously?!

I just walked into this location and had to walk right out because the SMELL IS SO BAD!!! I even said wow the smell is overwhelming and the young man looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. There's not one single person in this store and I know why!!! My daughter and I used to love to come here NEVER AGIAN!

This place has gone downhill. It smells so bad inside like a diaper. They even prompt the back door open. Not enough tables and chairs outside the place. Great location but needs a makeover.

One word...FILTHY...
The workers won't wipe the place clean or sweep the floor. Everything is sticky and crummy. The workers looked dirty too.
You all need to do better to keep the place clean and inviting.
Next time I' come there and it's dirty I will be calling the Health Department!

I was excited to get frozen yogurt for the first time in awhile just to walk in and the store smelled disgusting. Machines were broken and flavors were limited, trash was laying out in the middle with no lid, it was just a huge mess in there. The girl working was sweet, but that was really the only good part of the visit.

Omg this place is sooo bad everything looks nasty and sooo dirty! They need to clean it up I would never be back here again… it’s making other Menchies look bad !!!! And it was so hot in there !!!!! Took my daughter to the restroom. It was worse and saw a cockroach. On the floor.

Yikes this place is a wreck and has a bit of a smell about it. The ac was broken/or it’s just always boiling. The cashier just disappeared, after 5 mins of standing I gave up and left.
