Got the rib meal for 13.99 and everything was really good. The person serving me gave me really good portion sizes and in general the prices are good compared to other nearby restaurants.

Delicious. I got the veggie plate, which was 11.95 for 4 side veggies and a piece of corn (pancake?). The cabbage, green beans and collared greens were cooked well and flavorful. All different textures to compliment the veggies. The mac and cheese was baked and comforting.
Tough for me was that everything was boxed in Styrofoam, including their drinks. They helped refill my water bottle, but only if they handed me a Styrofoam cup. Technically, these are better choices than the polypropylene black boxes other vendors are using since neither can be recycled.
Wow. I think these are the best collards I've ever had. Everything was hot and delicious. Amazing lil joint. Thank you

Located inside the Market someone sitting next to us recommended this place. Even though we had eaten something else, we tried the greens and potato cobbler- both were delicious! The greens were the best I have had since moving to the south and you could smell the sweet spices of the cobbler as soon as you removed the lid and the taste lived up to the expectation! The service was really friendly with good portions for the price. We will definitely return to try more items when back in ATL.

Lady was so rude to me and my coworker, I brought back my 10 piece with fries. I explained to her that the chicken is probably freezer burned (I watched her break the frozen chicken apart and fry it) she argued with me about how long the chicken takes to cook and when i told her there was no sauce on my Hot lemon pepper wings, she snatched my food threw it away and said rudely “what did i want her to do”. Very poor service & Food !

0/10 experience. I originally ordered lemon pepper wings with fries, the lady at the restaurant was upset that I told her that the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and the seasoning on the food was dull. She proceeds to tell me she’s been cooking wings for 20 years and this is the first time someone has ever told her that, and then she snatches my food and asks me what do I want her to do. She fixed me another plate of food however it is still tasteless. I’ll never come back here again.

The customer service is horrible they need to be more pleasant especially when you spending your money to patronize your business.

Wow I see some of the reviews, and I strongly have to disagree been eating here for years and normally I may get a plate on a monthly basis. Everything is delicious, veggies and yams especially!! Try the Salisbury steak my favorite and the falafel!

Wow, I am actually very disappointed. my boyfriend and I decided to come here to support a small business. Starting off the mac & cheese looked like it had sliced american cheese on top. Flavor wise the mac & cheese was watery and unseasoned. The baked beans were watery and flavorless and the greens were flavorless. The best part was the was the cornbread and ribs. This is most definitely not the soul food my mother makes. I hate to leave a bad review , but i believe for this restaurant to prosper, they will need to do way better.

Good food
Food was terrible that I couldn't even finish it. The chicken wings were overly salty, the mac n cheese was watery and barely had any cheese. It was just slices of Kraft american cheese thrown on top. Collard greens had a funny flavor to them. There are better options in this market
Great service and food
