I'm a Serv Safe Certified Commercial Kitchen Manager. I ordered a two-item combo: chili and a sandwich. When I got about 1/2 way through my chili I found a sliver of soft plastic about 1 1/2 inches long. It appeared to be part of a plastic wrap. When I took the bowl up to the counter to discretely show one of the servers, she took the bowl & apologized and that was it. When I followed up with the manager, he said that he knew where the object came from and also said it wasn't a big deal. Ummm, it is most definitely a big deal and the whole batch is supposed to be discarded. I told him, "I can see it's not a big deal to you, but it's certainly a big deal to me and anyone else who may find it in their food." No one can be confident that they will change the way they prepare food because the manager doesn't think its a big deal. Also, they did NOT discard the batch of chili. They continued to serve it. Very troubling.

Healthy, tasty food. It was a super refreshing meal especially against the norm of heavy eating while on vacation in the area.
Fruit side/cup was perfectly ripe and well-prepared - this subtle difference made it better than a fruit cup anywhere else.
Asked for a deconstructed breakfast sandwich for my kids and the cashier suggested ordering things a la carte which was a better choice for us.
Loved our first round of food so much we ordered a second plate of fruit and salad. Delicious!

I love this place. The mood is always light, the crowd varied and marvelous, and the entire staff is never not completely friendly, engaging, and professional. It often feels like a neighborhood restaurant full of regulars. (I almost always see someone I know there.) And, often, the owner/chef and his partner will walk though the dining room to mingle and help - it's a fabulous space. The best part though is the food - everything I've ever tried, I enjoyed. (and that includes this visit's lunch of Yellow Curry Sweet Potato Soup with Peach Caprese Salad and a Sriracha Chicken Salad Focaccia Sandwich!)

We decided to stop here after visiting the Zoo and before going to the Botanical Gardens during our trip. This was a great stop for a quick bit and it was delicious. I loved the healthy choices and the lighter food after spending taking a redeye flight to ATL.
