Milk and Honey Restaurant at Cascade

Took my friend for her birthday breakfast. The food was delicious. They did not skimp on the portion size. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her meal. And she's super picky. Oh and our server Lexie was Ah-Mazing too!

leave negative reviews, but I feel like this visit deserves honest feedback. Unfortunately, our server, Destini Jones, provided some of the worst service I’ve experienced. She was not attentive, barely engaged with us, and when she did speak, she would ask a question and then walk off without waiting for an answer or offering any follow-up like “Anything else?” — it felt like she didn’t want to serve us at all. It made the entire dining experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Service was a 0/5.

As for the food, I ordered the fried salmon, which was okay (3/5) but could be improved. Personally, I think the skin on the bottom should be removed — it didn’t add to the dish and took away from the texture and flavor.

I hope management sees this and works on training for better guest service because this isn’t what customers should experience.

I went on a Sunday afternoon the wait wasn’t bad. Our food was great and our waitress Lexi was very attentive! Will definitely be back again.

Everything was great! From the time we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile by the host and seated promptly. I loved the Valentine’s Day decor, it really felt like love was in the air. Our food came out hot and delicious and our server checked on us and made us fill at home. This was a great date day for me and my husband. We will definitely be back!

They canceled my order after I drove 28 minutes to pick it up. I've eaten here before, and it was genuinely delicious. But to have wasted an hour round trip driving away with nothing was really frustrating.

I had a bug IN my food. It was probably one of the german cockroaches that were mentioned in a prior recent review. When I sat down, I overheard a lady at the table next to me send her food back because there was a hair in it. Hard for me to believe that the lady sitting directly next to me and myself were just the two most unlucky people in the restaurant. This place has SERIOUS cleanliness issues. Of course they comped the food, but it took at least 15 mins for someone to come talk to us. It ended up being the owner and all he could say was something to the effect of “I just got here. Idk whats is happening.” He did end up giving us some funds to eat elsewhere, which was a kind gesture, but I will never eat at this place again and would strongly discourage anyone else from eating here as well.

Our server was really nice. Cant remember his name, but he was a lighter skinned male rocking a twist out.

In the beginning our waitress was extremely nice and personable (can’t remember her name). However, she never came to check on us once after we ordered our food. I ordered biscuits as an appetizer because I expected to wait for our food since the restaurant was busy. I was told they would come out quickly but they came out one hour later. Two sets of guests (a couple & table of 3) who came after us got their meals before we got our biscuits. When one of us tried to respectfully ask why guests who came after us got their meals first the waitress interrupted by saying “hold up hold up hold up…” loud enough for all the other diners to hear. And then proceeded to ask if we wanted to dine or not (paraphrasing). Awkward & unprofessional.

We got our food less than 10 mins later. The crab stuffed salmon was tough and tasted like the frozen wild caught salmon you buy at Sam’s or BJ’s.
