The food is DELICIOUS!!! And the customer service couldn't be more friendlier. Right off the bat, you're served beignets within two minutes of your arrival. And all the food came out hot and ready to consume. The fried cauliflower and greens have so much flavor, I wanted to order more, but I had to preserve myself so I could eat the other food we ordered. They ran out of the sauce for the tacos, but yet the tacos tasted great without them. Sometimes, without the sauce, tacos lack taste but not these tacos. The Mac n Cheese is very reminiscent of the nonvegan Mac N Cheese I had growing up, which many restaurants fail to master. I will admit that the location is a bit sketch, and it's next to a liquor store. However, once inside the restaurant, any concerns go away.

The owners and staff are very professional, and have a willingness to make certain that the experience is very positive. They do their best to please their customers. I feel it's a good value for the money comparing it to what other vegan restaurants are charging for food.

I visited in 2021 and loved their food. I ate the buffalo cauliflower with a kale salad. It was delicious. It's one of those hole in the wall restaurants that tastes good!

Lately the food hasn’t been seasoned enough especially the oysters mushrooms and the greens taste like can greens.

It’s the return of good comfort food to the old viva la vegan and I’m happy! New Orleans styled full vegan menu served all day Thursday-Sunday. I was mostly happy with the service that even despite me not enjoying the Mac and Cheese(was cold) only I’m still giving them 5 stars!! I also had stew chicken with rice, beans, okra, French fries, and pound cake…all which were very tasty!!!!! I also had a mango ginger pineapple juice and it was super sweet but delicious tasting that I drank it before my dinner arrived. New Black owned business with fast service here for 7 months. Would definitely recommend!!!

I am so happy that this restaurant came up in my "Vegan near me" search once I arrived at the ATL Airport. It was a short 12min drive & from the warm welcome to the clean atmosphere, I was hopeful that the positive experience wouldn't end here.AND IT DIDN'T! THE FOOD WAS AMAZINGRED BEANS & RICE 10/10, OKRA 10/10 & fried oyster mushrooms 10/10.The fries & Ginger Lemonade were fair.

EDIT September 2022: Mindful Eatz is no longer an operating restaurant. They closed a few days ago. There is, however, a new vegan restaurant called Rob’s Plant-Based Cuisine. I went today with another person and they were extremely kind. Though it wasn’t on their menu, we asked if they had vegan “shrimp”, and they didn’t disappoint. The “shrimp” and fries were delicious. The “honey” mustard was tasty and we were given lemon to put on our shrimp. The meals are reasonably priced and I’ll definitely be visiting again! I will definitely miss Mindful Eatz, but Rob’s Plant-Based Cuisine is, for-sure, an acceptable substitute!

So how am I supposed to order a pickup order if you don't have a actual website AND you don't take phone orders?? ? How are people supposed to support if the "business " doesn't make it feasible. What if we don't have IG or FB?? Did yall think of that?

AMAZING, AMAZING FOOD!!! You will not be disappointed. I definitely wasn't expecting the flavors to hit like they did. The vibe was dope as well. 10 stars?

I had the shrimp rich Boi and fries. Bothe were excellent! I wish I would have known there was a new restaurant here for a year:(

The place does not have a sign, which makes it a bit hard to find when driving by the small strip mall. The place is clean, filled with light, and the friendly, smiling person that was taking my order made me feel welcomed. We got southern cauliflower and a sriracha bean burger to go. I have been a vegetarian for most of my life and I really enjoy the fact that vegan/ vegetarian restaurants are entering the main stream. The cauliflower was well breaded, good in texture, and the sauce was tomato-based sweet and with a nice bite. The first piece was great but I couldn't shake an aftertaste that didn't fit the great opening. I don't eat much processed food and somehow I got the impression that these cauliflower bites were not made from scratch. Not a big deal and all in all a good "fast food" dish that would warrant 4 stars. What made me drop to 3 stars was the bean burger. I applaud them not to use those highly processed beyond/impossible meat stand-ins but the bean burger had the texture of mashed potatoes. There are many ways to get some tooth-feel into a veggie burger from TVP to cabbage or carrots.I might be a bit too picky but I was not sold. Please swing by that place and try it for yourself. I like the concept, the style, and the smile.
