I frequent Minero since I live nearby, and the food is consistently excellent. I especially love the nachos--I order them vegetarian by skipping the meat and adding black beans and guacamole. It would be wonderful if those options were already included, but I'm happy to add them! The black beans are far from typical--they're authentic and absolutely delicious. The guacamole is super fresh and delicious. The vegetarian burrito and burrito bowl are also fantastic choices.
One thing I truly miss is the wine service. When Ponce City Market first opened, the bar offered wine, and it was such a treat to stop in after shopping for a great glass at the bar. I'm disappointed that the wine list is no longer available and would love to see it return.
Overall, Minero offers great Mexican food, a wonderful vibe, and consistently excellent service.

I complain every time I have to drive from Henry County to Minero. Fighting traffic and trying to park and then I take that first bite on my way home and yummmmm, it’s all worth it. By the way, I bought 5 just so I don’t have to go back. Everyone places their request :) You won’t regret it. Cheese Quesadillas add steak and Chipotle Steak.

I had such a great experience at Minero! The food was absolutely delicious, everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a night out with friends.
A huge shoutout to our server Johel, who made the night even better. He was friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations that we ended up loving. 10/10 Service like that really makes a difference.
Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in Atlanta. We’ll be back for sure!

The tacos are fantastic. We actually weren't planning on getting tacos until we saw them come out of the kitchen and they looked incredible. So we bought 5. They tasted as good as they look. The corn tortillas were not dry, the steak or chicken wasnt dry. I mean they were actually great tacos. The margaritas are good too. Our service was great as well. Very impressed.

Quick Dinner for 2
We were headed to a show in the area and were looking for a good pre show dinner. We entered Ponce City Market, checked out a few of the food hall options and decided on Minero. Where was this Mexican place hiding? We had been to Ponce many times and I even surprised myself that I had never been here before, especially since I love Mexican food. We entered the restaurant and read the sign on the podium instructing us to wait to be seated. I could see the host walking towards us with menus in hand. He led us to a small table for two in the back. Our server quickly came by and dropped off water as we quickly reviewed the menu. There were plenty of good food and specialty drink options with about 10 different beer choices. When the server returned, we were ready to order because we were in a rush to eat before the show. Wifey and I both ordered the Pacifico beer and for food we both decided to go with a couple of tacos. Wifey ordered two Al Pastor pork tacos and I ordered one Ancho Chicken and one Al Pastor. The beers came out quickly and the food came out soon after, very fast. We started digging in, and I went for the pork taco first. It was delicious and tasted like the meat had been slow cooked for hours. The Ancho chicken was good too, with a little spicy kick, but the Al Pastor was my favorite of the two. One minor annoyance was there were a few gnats flying around, so we had to constantly cover our food and drinks. The table next to us also was waving and shooing the gnats. Overall, we really enjoyed our 1st trip to Minero. Our server was very attentive, and the atmosphere was nice with lively latin music playing in the background. We will definitely come back to try some other food and drink options.

Great Mexican place nearby. The chips are great! The sampler trio is good to try, but gives a lot of queso and very little guac and salsa which was a little unexpected. The guac and queso were fantastic, while the salsa wasn’t very good. Going to just get the guacamole next time.
My wife and I got the chicken, al pastor, and carne asada tacos and we enjoyed them. And they give a very generous bean quesadilla for the kids. Will feed our daughter for the week!
The refried beans and rice weren’t very good either. I wouldn’t recommend.
A little warm under the space heaters today, but would be perfect in colder days.

Some of the best tacos and fastest service I’ve ever had. They let me order off the kids menu without judgement. My friend got a burrito and it was “incredible.” Portions are great, especially for the price.

I haven't been here in a while but they changed the way they make their quesadillas. They fold it like a burrito and it has less than half of the meat for $18 so all you taste is mostly tortilla. Food didn't come out hot either. The only thing good here are the drinks, this really pissed me off I won't be back.
