This worker is rude to paying customers. If you have to interact with him, best of luck.

The food was pretty good as was the speed of service however, the atmosphere I ran four stars because it’s a little confusing. There’s a separate sushi bar that I’m related to the miso ko restaurant. I sort of wish that you could sit inside the miso side and have your sushi. You have to place an order with the cash register outside on the side, of what looks like the actual restaurant. Service because we had to ask for it after a little while even after sort of standing there looking confused the host just didn’t really say anything much well she didn’t say anything. They could do something to draw people in probably if I was to get a five stars for atmosphere like a little café table or even roping it off. Come on you can think of something I had to use Google walking directions to find the place after I walked into the pot city market. Parked pretty close to the entrance and there’s a QR code to scam for a map, but it’s not as helpful as you might think you can also pay for your parking with the QR code.

Ordered food at the cashier only to be told that we couldn’t sit at the sushi bar because it was entered through a “different system”. The employee responded with “I just work here”. They then packaged up our food and we ate it at a nearby table to discover how fishy and rubbery half of the sushi lunch was.

I don't know why this place isn't rated higher, but I love it. Every time I go to Ponce I grab some of their spicy tuna hand rolls and some other rolls. They always have gluten free soy sauce too. I love them! The cashier is always sweet and accommodating as well. If you ask for sake you get a really cute glass cup that you can keep. I have like 6 or 8 now 🤣 Anyway - seating is limited at the bar, but there's plenty of public seating near it

I ordered the sashimi bowl, and was very disappointed. The fish didn't taste fresh, and was quite bland. I also felt the portion was very poor for the price I paid.I've definitely had far better sushi from the sushi section at Whole Foods (which is pretty good!).Both this place, and the neighboring Ramen restaurant are capitalizing on foot traffic without the necessity of providing a quality product. They'll continue to make money off hungry, unsuspecting casual diners, which is a shame. There are other restaurants in this area that are far better than this place...I'd steer clear.

Wow, this was one of the worst sushi experiences I’ve ever had. It was just baaaaddd. I ordered several things and it all ended up in the trash after I tasted it. Just bad…
