We had Steven as our server he was very attentive, and had a pleasant demeanor. The food very good, large portions, good for leftovers or sharing with you party.

It's weird how they have only one waiter serving seven different tables. It took us 30-40 minutes to even put the first meat on the grill, and for the first 15 minutes we were just watching this guy run around trying to get to all these tables. His coworker was just standing by the cash register not doing anything. The meat itself was kinda mid. Most importantly, there was a dead bug in my boyfriend's salad (pictured). I felt so bad for our server because he had to deal with all of this on top of the regular craziness of the dining room. It does feel like they are cutting costs, who knows 🤷🏻♀️

Bottom 25% BBQ in ATL, easy. We were served lukewarm, overcooked meat that felt like leftovers from another table—dry, lifeless, and embarrassing. Hard pass.

Overpriced but food is to die for. Eccelent cleanliness which most kbbq places lack of. Service is ok.

Started with a broken grill and went downhill from there. 45 mins after first sitting down for the AYCE, we actually start getting some edible food going with a new table and grill. Multiple meats burned and charred, my friends’ spoon was picked up 3 times where she had to verbally ask for a replacement 5+ times. Our water was perpetually empty. Sides were never refilled. The grill we moved to spontaneously turned off and uncooked bulgogi sat there seeping liquid for 20 mins before the server could get the grill going again. We ordered cold noodles at the beginning and had to verbally remind them twice asking where our noodles are (1.5 hour after we ordered it). Once they arrived, our server didn’t know how to serve them and she chopped up the noodles too much into tiny little pieces ruining the dish.
Our server was new so we don’t blame her. She should’ve still been under training, yet management had the restaurant severely understaffed, so she was running around managing multiple tables inadequately. Also what happened to the delicious kimchi fried rice they used to whip up with the leftovers? Used to love this place, but too many other better options in the area to give this one a shot again.

The lunch time unlimited bbq on weekdays is good price 👍. Also the meat quality is good. I recommend this place if you eat a lot 🫄.

UPDATE: Recently visited for a friend's birthday. The meat was much better this visit and delicious. Not sure what happened last visit. The service is still top notch and super friendly. Seats still suck.
The value seems to have dropped off. Several of our meats were tough and of lesser quality than they were a couple of years ago. The price for the amount also isn't great, but that seems to be the theme for kbbq in this city now.
They still have the same terrible seating. They are the single most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in, to the point that they are very painful. The seats were what kept me away for years even though I live close by. Sad to see they still have the same seats.
Service has always been great. That hasn't changed.

Good taste and good price! Many people enjoy Soju liquor. So many menu of Korean food can be served. Fried rice with fried egg is so beautiful color and taste.

I’ve been to Miss Gogi a handful of times and I honestly wanted to like it but it just isn’t good. I went for a birthday with a few people and we ordered the combo with the tomahawk steak. None of the meats are seasoned and their special tomahawk steak is a disappointment. It is extremely thick so to try to cook it on a flat top cast iron pan just doesn’t make sense. It was like chewing on a piece of gum. The best part of the combo was the scallops dipped in the garlic butter sauce. Also, as a Korean, I’m saying this with kindness, the kimchi was way too ripe. It was almost unbearable to eat because it was so sour. Even cooked into the kimchi fried rice, it was too sour.
The service is great but the food is such a disappointment.
