The food here has the authentic Jamican taste. The service is superb, and the atmosphere and music take you to Jamaica.

I can't accurately share my service/atmosphere experience since my office ordered take out today from Moboay Spice. As a Jamaican who solely cooks at home, I have low expectations of Caribbean food in Atlanta since I trek to Stone Mountain to my secret locations. I'm glad to say, I don't have make a long journey since Mobay spice DELIVERED with seasoning, good portion and quality. I'll be back shortly when I don't have lunch packed! Unnu prep the red pea soup fi mi please!

Today we had Mobay Spice Atlanta catered to the elementary school. The food was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. Best cabbage I've ever had.

My problem with this place is, they are so money hungry. The server lady filled the cups up full with ice. I told the lady I didn’t want ice and she gave me half a cup of juice. I requested the cup to be filled, she said she wasn’t allowed to fill the cups up. So what exactly did I pay for ???? Then I requested hot sauce, salt and pepper. I HAD TO PAY FOR THAT TOO smh. The food is expensive & it’s only decent. If you want good Jamaican food don’t waste your money here, go to Stone Mountain!!

Neirah was welcoming from the time our party of four walked in. We explained how we could not find any good Jamaican food. She assured us that we found the right spot. From the Ocho Rios Omellette, the Caribbean Pancake, the Blueberry Cinnamon Oatmeal and the Ackee & Salt Fish with Provision, of which I added an order of sweet plantains and fried dumpling. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT including her service. As a native New Yorker I have been to many Caribbean restaurants, and MoBay Spice is second to none.

The food was good , very bright fun interior and friendly staff.
My issue was when i got the check. i was paying with card and came to the menu where it asks for tip and i stopped to check the receipt. I saw that they have charged 2 sales tax which one was 8 percent the other was 18percent. I asked what this is and the server told me it was for tip.
If i hadnt check , i was going to tip 2 times. Thats not acceptable.
I dont think tip is something like that you should dictate. What if your not happy with what has been provided? Tip should be an option, at least for me.
