Moe’s used to be fantastic. Pretty sure I’m sitting in a store right now for the very last time. The only location convenient to my work and home was foreclosed on and is gone. My favorite Kaiser salsa is gone. A drink is gone from the Monday deal, and the entire deal really isn’t a deal anymore. So long, and thanks for all the chips (and salsa).

Moe’s keeps making negative changes. Got rid of the rotating salsas, changed the guacamole recipe, changed the cheese. Their stores regularly have ingredients and items unavailable in the mobile app but are available in store. The mobile app is terrible and has so many issues. The stores are dirty and not properly cleaned. And now the latest change to their rewards program is a total negative for customers. $100 to get $10 in the current program but now with points it’s $1 for 10 points. While this looks the same, the point levels are very bad compared to the current reward program. 1600 points for a burrito/bowl so that $160 spent to get an item worth $10.49 for free. Just overall have gone way down hill and all the changes are driving people away. I’m so close to giving it up for good. If they ever stopped or changed Moe Monday or the queso recipe, I give up and I’m out.

I love our local Moe’s! I love the variety of menu options and the food tastes delicious! I always get a couple steak, cheese, pico, and mushroom tacos with some queso on the side to drizzle on top.

Food looked un fresh and unappealing. Service was slow. Complimentary chips tasted stale, mostly cracked and thrown into the bag with the two burritos. Disappointed.

Went in on my birthday to get a to go order. First of all I was made to feel as if I was paying you so that I can Beg for food! I literally had to keep asking if I could have another scoop of everything I asked for. He kept putting a third of scoop on the bowl, as if I was a toddler! Then asked if I wanted chips when I said yes. I was given a bag of chips with crumbs a a few whole chips that are stale! When I returned back in the store I was told" oh that's how we give chips out now." No apologies or anything. Moe's make you feel as if you are begging for food that YOU are PAYING for!!!!!! Like how is this place still in business!?? The food was atrocious and service was absolutely no better. They were more interested in continuing whatever conversation they were having then actually trying to hear my order. Hence is why I kept asking for a spoon full of rice and not a size I would give to a 2 yr old. Never again. And I will encourage EVERYONE NOT NOT NOT to EVER go here! Find an authentic Mexican restaurant and enjoy real food that you don't beg for and it's still wrong and not made to feel as if you are wrong for wanting what YOU paid for!

Moes at the pilot in flatwoods wv used to be a great place to stop..but since covid it's been going down hill and today sat oct 4 will be my last time.. I got an Adobe chicken burrito and they only gave a half scoop of rice and when I asked for a little more I was told I would be charged extra..they r very skimpy on the toppings as well..very unfortunate..but I'm not sure if I will stop at the one in Valdosta ga still or boycott moes altogether..sad it comes to this because I really enjoyed your product

My family and I stopped by Moe's Southwest Grill on 863 Flat Shoals Rd SE Conyers Ga at 6:30pm on September 1st 2024 worst experience ever. We walked into the business no welcome to Moe's or nothing to all three employees just playing back and forth with each other. If I walk into my business and seen that I would have FIRED all three which I am a business owner and my wife an attorney. There were three young African American in the restaurant 1- male with braided hair tired back 2- male with a small afro hair style 3- female with glasses on playing hitting the male with afro then the other male going over to join in the playing they was doing. We stood in line never was helped period. Do yall know that they kept playing as if we wasn't there in front if them. So my wife ask are yall going to help us or not the male with the small afro nodded his head I'm coming but they kept playing so my family and I walked out. MOE'S have lost my money and respect to your competitors I will not visit MOE'S again because of the BAD TREATMENT. As long as they are working there your business will not grow the way it suppose to. All three are unprofessional they showed it to my family and i as there customer SMH The Regional, District, Corp offices needs to CLEAN OUT LAZY PEOPLE AND REBUILD BACK OVER WITH A KNEW STAFF. This is the reason families don't like going out to eat anymore because of UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE

Not a review for a store, but the people in charge of promotions. Moe's used to give you a free burrito for your birthday. I know I would get one every year. But now you only offer a free cup of Queso or Guac. Come on now don't be so cheap. That choice is not a gift by itself.

Store number 103195. I placed an online order for new tequila lime chicken, arrived at the store and they didn’t have any. They had to meal prep my food last night because it was disgusting. Next time I’ll go to Taco Bell and spend my money. If you are in the area and craving Moe’s just drive up a couple of exits and skip this one.

Tucker location, order was WRONG no type of Customer Service, guy wouldn't give me his name...Just terrible. From the looks of other reviews MOEs needs to get a handle on their hiring process or they gonna be out of business soon.

Horrible!!!! I have ordered from this location multiple times and each time is just worse. Staff is not friendly nor attentive whatsoever. My order is never correct and this time I ordered a cup of queso for them to give me burnt crumbs at the bottom of my bag. I called and asked for a manager however the “manager” I spoke with was not interested in fixing this mistake or bettering the establishment in the future. I am never rude or come in right before close these are normal hours but regardless this location needs serious employee remodel.
