Tucker location, order was WRONG no type of Customer Service, guy wouldn't give me his name...Just terrible. From the looks of other reviews MOEs needs to get a handle on their hiring process or they gonna be out of business soon.

Horrible!!!! I have ordered from this location multiple times and each time is just worse. Staff is not friendly nor attentive whatsoever. My order is never correct and this time I ordered a cup of queso for them to give me burnt crumbs at the bottom of my bag. I called and asked for a manager however the “manager” I spoke with was not interested in fixing this mistake or bettering the establishment in the future. I am never rude or come in right before close these are normal hours but regardless this location needs serious employee remodel.

The near downtown Decatur location manager and service is awful. When it was escalated to corporate their reps did not want to get involved as that location is a franchise and refused to provide the operator info to escalate the original concern further. What a dead-end process to get your issue resolved. Not giving up on getting this matter resolved. The bad service needs to be addressed and I will not spend another dime with the Moe's brand as they don't value you as a customer and stand by their namesake. What an awful experience I had on April 24th 2023. A nice young man was helping me with my order, his coworker came out and he politely asked her to handle the mobile orders, she snapped back at him that she's going to do what she wants to do, I called the manager Karla the same day to let her know. She took my information and never called me back. So today May 4th 2023 I called Lowe's corporate office not the most Pleasant customer service rep. She told me she couldn't tell me who the district manager was for that store absolutely ridiculous. Shame on you Moe's

If I could rate Moe’s negative stars I would!!!!!! -10/5 stars!!! My boyfriend and I just ate lunch at the Woodstock address on highway 92 and he CHIPPED HIS TOOTH on a piece of GRAVEL rock that was in our white meat chicken stack. Absolutely disgusting, and he is now paying the price and in pain because of repulsively unsanitary food. Time for a quality check Moe’s. How does this even happen?!?!?!

I bought 2 burritos in a bowl yesterday. The rice was mushy, lettuce brown and limp, 3 pieces of chicken and they ran out of cups for drinks. Not a gpod experience. Where was a manager that would let food like that in his restaurant . Not the 1st time. Wards Road, Lynchburg,Va.
I haven't had a problem with Moe's and I travel for work. Just trying to balance the universe from ppl with too much time to complain. Great stores all over the nation. ???

I had a bad experience at the restaurant at 70 Peachtree St in September 2020 I ordered my food to go, left my cell phone at the checkout counter I exited the store walked one block back to Moes looking for my cell phone asked the cashier if they saw it or put it up for me they said they didn’t see my phone I asked about there security cameras they had them all over, the manager said they didn’t work. How can you operate a restaurant downtown Atlanta without security cameras? I filed a police report.

Called 2 days ago trying to get in touch with somebody who cares about the customer.left my name and number still no call this is after my bad experience on November 8 at the stockbridge location, this will be a place that does not care about its customers just the $.to bad senior management don't read this.this will be another company that will drive customer away and then there will be only willie's.

Corporate you need to interact quickly with this Moes in Oceanside New York. Place is a disaster .. floors dirty...food is going downhill here since they first opened....grizzly chicken and the steak well ill leave a pucture of a 1 inch piece that my child almost choked up on. Also three amigo tacos is supposed to come with like crema and they never have it ...why advertise it on signs and menu. This place sucks.

Commack restaurant , food has remnants of other food, nerd to be trained in allergies , a board of health issue . Not as stocked as prior, wrong orders all the time , not as it used to be , been there 200 times , do not take coupon and embarrassing adult customers, waited days for a call back, Commack has no shortage of restaurants who treat the clients with respectDr Bari sklar
