Terrible customer service and I was racially profiled because the owner wouldn't process my order in the beginning because he said I was with postmates. I didn't have a bag nor clothing from any delivery service so I don't understand how this was an mistake. He gave us attitude and all we were doing was trying to get a bite to eat before we go back to work. I wouldn't dare waste money here anymore there are better locations with better customer service. Treat your customer better regardless what race they are.

I had the best lunch there today. The food was very savory and satisfying . There are several bad reviews about the manager. Although, I actually witnessed a heated exchange between him and a customer about his form of payment. The manager corrected a prep error for my order and gave me the extra food. This was my first encounter at the store. I would return because the food is actually good. Maybe some customer service training will help with the other issues.

The staff are the rudest I have ever experienced and the manager(white man) is rude also. They try to charge for extra toppings. They stare like they have no idea what is going on and maybe he should try to hire people who speak English. The place stinks when you go inside and the prices are never the same when I go to pay. Health Inspector, ICE where are you? This location deserves no stars. It made me pick at least one.

This Moe's location isn't a regular stop for me, but when I do drop in for a quick bite -- the service is good; food quality is consistent from visit to visit; with friendly staff and management. The older guy who manages the place greets people as they walk in the door, works alongside the staff, and is often on the floor interacting with the customers. Not sure what's happening at this location to generate negative reviews. In my encounters and observing of other customers, everyone is treated well.

I live across street and come here usually 3-5 times a week, literally. It's very well run. You can tell the entire team takes pride in their work. I was inclined to leave a review after seeing a recent negative review. I don't know anyone that works here but my experience of watching everyone, including manager, has honestly been a blessing. They engage customers and know many by name. Today, I watched manger walk around counter to personally walk through an order for a customer with Down syndrome. Not sure what happened with other person who left recent review, but as someone who frequents this place consistently throughout week, I've seen nothing but incredible attitude and service, above and beyond what you typically see at quick serve places and this goes for folks of all backgrounds.
