I had the best lunch there today. The food was very savory and satisfying . There are several bad reviews about the manager. Although, I actually witnessed a heated exchange between him and a customer about his form of payment. The manager corrected a prep error for my order and gave me the extra food. This was my first encounter at the store. I would return because the food is actually good. Maybe some customer service training will help with the other issues.
This Moe's location isn't a regular stop for me, but when I do drop in for a quick bite -- the service is good; food quality is consistent from visit to visit; with friendly staff and management. The older guy who manages the place greets people as they walk in the door, works alongside the staff, and is often on the floor interacting with the customers. I live across street and come here usually 3-5 times a week, literally. It's very well run. You can tell the entire team takes pride in their work. I was inclined to leave a review after seeing a recent negative review. I don't know anyone that works here but my experience of watching everyone, including manager, has honestly been a blessing.
