Update today feb 25th 2025 and here we go. I got here after 20 min and still not even start. Smh

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was quick and welcoming. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of free sauce choices to top my quesadilla and chips.
Parking: I was happy to find Piedmont location because I had to pass up other locations because of parking difficulties.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meal with a free toy was available at a reasonable price.

I’ve ordered delivery several times from this establishment and have received horrible service each time! I’ve received VERY little chips in the chips and salsa. Often times the salsa is not even in the bag. The ingredients in to my nachos is always wrong! Items are either left out or added when I didn’t include them. The delivery people never delivery to my door! They always claim the call box is not working, which is simply not true! This is unacceptable!!

I eat at different Moe’s locations and can say this is definitely the worst, unfriendly customers, I’m not sure if they were new staff but they had no idea what they were doing. The store was empty but my in-person order took so long, and this is the most expensive location in Atlanta, I won’t be back to this location

Um why did yall paint the building a cream color?? The Yellow was unique and it stood out. Smh . The food is still food tho so whatever I guess

We have lived outside the country for a few years and came back for a visit with family. We stopped by Moe's for a quick lunch at what used to be one of our favorite fast food restaurants. No more... food was marginal, and the service was surly and unfriendly. (I don't want to hear "I dont get paid enough to be friendly or polite!") Definitely not how it used to be.

We were going to a concert right down the street and needed somewhere to kill some time due to making it through Atlanta in record time. Easy accessible location that is right down the street from a music venue. I'll definitely stop here again.
