I visited Moe’s at around 4:30 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was unacceptable. Two Hispanic female employees were working the counter and showed little to no interest in listening to customer concerns. I politely tried to address an issue with my order, but was completely ignored—not even acknowledged. In addition to the poor service, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than what I’ve come to expect from Moe’s. It felt like every ingredient was being rationed, which is frustrating when you're paying full price for a meal. Between the lack of professionalism and the skimpy portions, this visit left a bad impression. I hope management addresses both the service quality and consistency because this location is not living up to Moe’s standards.

My chips for nachos were stell and not even half or full bag of chips for guacamole. The meat looked dry.
Most people only leave a review when something has gone wrong. Just want to highlight how quick and helpful the service team is at this location. Had a long day been in traffic for over an hour, Jeremy was on point and handled my order impressively. Deleon was great, they worked together well and moved the line quickly which helped get home & forget about the day. Food was fresh also.

I received a bag of crumbs and my burrito. Not sure if they didn’t give me any chips and queso or the delivery guy ate it. Also if you pick delivery they use door dash. So I spent 22 dollars on a burrito
