Good food - my only complaint is this location doesn’t honor the “ Moe Monday” discount.

Poor quality service and food. I ordered ahead for a veggie bowl with queso. Got home to find just a bowl with rice, beans and lettuce. When I called to let them know my order was wrong the employee said it was deliberately made wrong “because they were out of grilled veggies. How can we put grilled veggies on your bowl when we are out of veggies? That’s why don’t have veggies in your bowl”. However it was a bold face like because, as I waited for my to go order to be handed to me, I watched a worker, put veggies on the grill. The employee I spoke to was extremely rude on the phone. I won’t be back or recommend this location to anyone.

So I’ve been to many Moe’s and this one is not of the best I’ve been. To be honest they may have lemonade, and their salsa bar is is not like the average Moe’s with chipotle and avocado crémas to put on top of you salad and rice bowl however wish I had just enough for my meal the only reason i got filled was because of the chips and that’s just an extra corn by itself like that isn’t even nutritious. I wish everyone’s plate that i saw was MADE WITH LOVE and i honestly don’t know what’s changed since the last time I’ve been here but it totally shows in the staff, team work, and the ethics of management.?salsa bar is amazing, try the chipotle crema?outdoor seating

The first thing I look for in one of these places is the health inspection score. 100% A is all I need to know. The staff is always friendly, except there is one guy who doesn't smile. Food is always fresh and tastes good. Full disclosure: I do not eat meat. The restaurant is usually clean considering how much traffic it gets. I love this particular Moe's!

Came for dinner and I was very pleased. The staff was great the restaurant was clean and the manager was doing rounds around tables cleaning and engaging with guest. Food was very delicious and seasoned well. The drink options were awesome! Restrooms were clean and well stocked with the essentials. My overall take with this FIRST EVER MOE’S ON EARTH was fantastic. This will be my go to when I’m the area considering I’m not from the area. Will be back to make a pit stop. Thanks Crew and Manager for running a well oiled machine! ?Vegetarian options: Veg options available for those who don’t eat meat.Parking: Parking is both located front and back. More room in the back of the restaurant with more spaces available.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals and high chairs available!
Pricey. This location and North Druid are $3-4 higher than some other Moe’s locations. The expanded salsa bar and updated decor do not justify the higher cost.

Went in and got a burrito which comes with guac however I was charged for that for some reason and I got extra chicken and somehow got charged 16 bucks for a burrito with extra chicken. So I guess the extra chicken was 6 bucks, just absolutely outrageous for a burrito.
