Moe's Southwest Grill

Amazing, clean location. The owner is usually always present and offer amazing service and quality. However, the service and food quality highly varies on whether the owner is present or not. On February 7th at 1:57 PM, I had a miserable experience where they served a broken up stack where the cheese wasn’t even melted and completely broke apart. Instead of kindly offering to remake it, the lady with glasses who claimed to have been at this location for eight years served attitude and failed to take any accountability.

The manager on duty was so rude to the employees it made me very uncomfortable.

Literally the tiniest portions I have ever seen! She literally counted out 10 tiny pieces of chicken for a burrito bowl so basically your eating a salad with rice and beans 😂 I will never give this location my money ever again and I recommend you support another company 👍

I'm sad this brand is just not what it used to be. The food is not good, everything was full of salt, and not really tasty at all. I had a chicken burrito bowl and couldn't even finish it, a waste of $15. The employees were trying, I guess I just came on the wrong day. I do hope they improve.

I ordered 2 burritos, one chicken and one steak, and a side of queso. The portions on my burritos were criminally small, my burrito was 90% rice and tasted old. My steak burrito was tiny, could have gotten a better one at Taco Bell. The burritos themselves were gross, as well as the queso. They are also overpriced.

I've gone to Moe's for years and the food is great! Though, it would be nice to see the portions go back to a regular size. I ordered a burrito today, and I noticed the size of the burritos and bowls are significantly smaller. I asked for more rice and meat since my portions were so small, and I was told it would cost extra... Due to the size of the portion, I'll have to get another meal for dinner. I hope the company will focus on making great food and customer experiences, rather than cutting corners to increase company profits. If the latter is the focus, company profits will continue to grow.

Food is too expensive and every employee looks like they want to kill themselves. Also the guy working behind the counter smashed my nachos when he was putting the lid on :(

Fresh food. Healthy ingredients. Great people. Super crew. Always upbeat and enthusiastic. I really like the unsweetened tea and the veggie bowl with extra guacamole.

Food was delicious missing some items in my bowl but it so well seasoned ,it made it for it ..,LOL whoever back there cooking ??????????????????

Update I door dashed again today my bowl was missing the extra meat and queso I paid for it’s pissing me off I can’t wait for the cava in Decatur to open again however is down g the DO orders needs to be removed and put on the front line this is so pathetic!!
