Kids eats free so every parents brings like 10-20 children, who scream nonstop & cannot order their food without it taking forever.

For the owner: I was rushing to get there before 9. Made it at 857.. Some Hispanic guy yelled over, “Closed!” My face sunk. The lady, I believe she was a manager, if not, she should be. Said, “What would you like sir?” I found out she only asked because they were out of certain things. She instructed the man to help me. 100% customer service from her. The Hispanic man? Fire him… He could barely speak English, he made a terrible bowl, and complained with terrible gestures the entire time. I’m a frequent flyer to Moe’s. That man is not the Moe’s customer service way of doing things. 3 more minutes of his life to make 1 customer happy, should be every time in my opinion. I’ll be back soon.

Hands down, the friendliest and cleanest Moe’s around. I bring my nephew and nieces in all the time and it is always a great experience. Exemplary customer service. Should be a model for the other locations.

This is the best Moe’s location I’ve ever been. Started coming here for about 5 years ago and can always count on the consistency and cleanliness. The staff is what makes this location stand out, they run this place extremely well.

Very unprofessional and rude manager at this store location. I ordered carefully asking the other member who was adding the veggie bowl ingredients confirming that guacamole was not any extra charge and also Tofu she said was not extra charge. During the checkout at the register, this rude person who said that he was the manager applied extra charges for the Guacamole and tofu. It was his staff miscommuncation but this manager wasn't accepting their fault. I left unhappy without accepting the order after such poor customer service and I expressed that this was bad experience and unacceptable. This rude manager didn't care and in he does't care about any negative reviews feedback. He arrogantly said that he will remove the negative feedback comments from online. What a sleazy manager running Moe's franchise. I've already reported to Moe's corporate about about this bad, unpleasant unacceptable customer service. He needs to be fired ASAP otherwise MOEs brand lose brand reputation.

WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Ordered catering from here 2 different times and they were both very bad experiences. 1st time, food was supposed to be there at 11AM and did not show up until after 1PM and missed the entire lunch break for the staff. 2nd time, food, again, was supposed to be there at 11AM and did not show up until 12PM while also forgetting the $90 worth of queso that was supposed to be included. No courtesy call or apology from the store. I state again: WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
Came a little after 10:30am and the door was locked. Waited a few minutes and employees finally came to the door some time later to say we’re not ready so you can’t come on. I guess they need more and better staff.

Moe's is always a solid choice - but these dudes were incredibly nice. It's easy to find a place where the food's great, the atmosphere's cool, but the drawback's the people working there are jagweeds - I can think of more than a few places like this. However, this location of Moe's is nowhere near a place like this. Nice people make the world a better place. 5/5
