Very unprofessional and rude manager at this store location. I ordered carefully asking the other member who was adding the veggie bowl ingredients confirming that guacamole was not any extra charge and also Tofu she said was not extra charge. During the checkout at the register, this rude person who said that he was the manager applied extra charges for the Guacamole and tofu. It was his staff miscommuncation but this manager wasn't accepting their fault. I left unhappy without accepting the order after such poor customer service and I expressed that this was bad experience and unacceptable. This rude manager didn't care and in he does't care about any negative reviews feedback. He arrogantly said that he will remove the negative feedback comments from online. What a sleazy manager running Moe's franchise. I've already reported to Moe's corporate about about this bad, unpleasant unacceptable customer service. He needs to be fired ASAP otherwise MOEs brand lose brand reputation.

Ordered catering from here 2 different times and they were both very bad experiences. 1st time, food was supposed to be there at 11AM and did not show up until after 1PM and missed the entire lunch break for the staff. 2nd time, food, again, was supposed to be there at 11AM and did not show up until 12PM while also forgetting the $90 worth of queso that was supposed to be included. No courtesy call or apology from the store. I state again: WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Moe's is always a solid choice - but these dudes were incredibly nice. It's easy to find a place where the food's great, the atmosphere's cool, but the drawback's the people working there are jagweeds - I can think of more than a few places like this. However, this location of Moe's is nowhere near a place like this. Nice people make the world a better place. 5/5

I didn't get cheese on my burrito. HATE CHEESE! YUCH! Asked for it on the side to give to Tandy & he said I'd have to pay extra... Had to wait for salsa-their trays were empty. The burrito was delicious! The server-not too nice.

Good location for the most part, but out of the 3 employees I dealt with, 2 of them were very rude. I asked for more cheese, and he gave me a stare full of hate! He then took the tiniest pinch of cheese and sprinkled it on as if it was salt. It made me wonder if the employees are terrified of one of those secret shoppers, and he'll get in trouble for putting too much cheese on a burrito. I worked in a nice restaurant and all of the servers were terrified of getting a secret shopper who was in a bad mood; it was awful for employee morale. Although I'd expect a better attitude from those two employeesif the secret shopper thing was true; I just don't know why they act like I'm personally stealing cheese out if their home refrigerator.

I work next door to Moe's and I've been coming to this location for about 6 months now. When I say all the staff has the best customer service. Everytime I come the staff is always welcoming and super helpful. Stephen is so awesome he knows my order by heart I don't even have to tell him what I want he's already on it. Due to the very effective great customer service this will be the only location I come to. The food and salsa are always fresh and they even have the best sweet tea compared to Shane's sweet tea. If I could do 10 stars I would.
