Moe's Southwest Grill

Moe’s does it right every time. The burritos are stacked, the portions are generous, and I always leave feeling satisfied like I got my money’s worth — no cap. They scoop with love, not hesitation 😂 Plus the salsa area is always clean, which automatically earns bonus points. Consistently good vibes and good food.

We hired moes to cater to us (a group of 40 people) and they did not disappoint! The food was delicious and they were on time! Will try them again!

It was my first time here and there was a black lady at the counter, very rude and full of attitude. She couldn’t be bothered to be asked a question. Never going here again not with this type of service. Don’t take out you frustration on the customer especially if they didn’t do anything to you.

Rude employees. 2 skimpy scoops of chips for our cup of queso. When I went to ask for a mother bag of chips the lady working the register put a scoop of chips in the biggest bag possible, shoved it in my face and passive aggressively told me to have a good night. Like the chips come out of her pay check. Rude, disgusting attitude from the workers here. And this unfortunately isn’t the first time we have had this nasty attitude from employees at this location.

Don't bother coming to this location management is AWFUL!! The service sucks! If you place a order in advance it won't get made, they'll make you wait for it. So there's no point since you're just going to wait around anyway. I placed the two orders for pick up for 2 people in advance I get here and the food is not ready then the manager throws the food out the window at me! Plus he gave me the wrong order after all this time! RUDE DON'T COME HERE!!!

The food was room temperature ,certain protein was dried out and a little skimpy on the toppings. Wouldn’t be back again just wanted a quick bite. I gave 4 stars due to the young lady having a friendly personality.

When I arrived at this Moes I ordered a steak bowl and wanted half chicken. I explained it to the gentleman that took my order. The young lady who proceeded to check me out added the wrong amount for steak, $3.95 instead of the advertised $2.45. I asked for it to be changed but was met with profanity and yelling, which I was honestly extremely surprised by. Ive never had such an experience at Moes or really any other restaurant. She threw my food away in front of my face and told me she would call the police if I would not leave. She took pictures of me, so I decided to take my own as I did nothing wrong. I hope that others don’t have to experience such terrible energy and should exercise extreme caution when deciding to stop by in a crunch. Good luck.

You have to ask them to put their gloves on, also change their gloves after they touch money to prepare your food.

Chicken was cold and water was not right

I wish I could have gotten their names but I’ll get them next time because I will return. I drove from Stone Mountain and ended up at that location by mistake. It had to be the Lord. Anyway, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a pleasant welcoming greeting. I believe he was the manager but I’m unsure he had a system that made the long line not so long. It flowed smoothly. He was able to take orders, give orders and cook with grace. It was four employees whom were all kind and handled the busy rush like it wasn’t rush hour (after 5pm rush). I haven’t had service like that since before covid, the 90s.

I don’t like to eat out much since the service, quality and prices suck but this experience changed my mind. When I do want fast food I am definitely going back. On top of all that once I got home to eat the food was superb!!! The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender. I enjoyed it dearly!!! Oh yeah almost forgot, when the young man returned from the back, I saw him wash his hands then put on his gloves to come help with the long line. That was the cherry on top. 🥰 it was all worth the 30 minute drive.

Chipotle has nothing on this Moe’s!!!!! As the young ones would say, PERIOT!!!
