Would leave 0 if I could. Smells like a giant fryer, staff are rude and rush you, food was less than mediocre and poorly presented/gathered for each order in my party. 0/10, don't recommend.

This is a cheap, mediocre joint. I have been coming to this location for 15 years, and I appreciate the free chips and salsa they serve with entrees. However, I only ever order one taco because the prices are high for what you get, and they give you lots of chips. The food is a far cry from Willie’s or Chipotle, which offer better food and a calmer environment though higher prices. At peak mealtimes, this location is bustling with students and locals alike, so be ready for noise. I used to love the Moe’s Sips they served; you could get a soft drink that tasted like a margarita. Unfortunately, they got rid of the digital drink fountains that had them and replaced them with standard nozzles, which are far easier to use. Overall, I like going to Moe’s because it’s so fast and reasonable if you just get a taco. A few of the workers make an effort now to slow down and help you if you have a question, so it’s not as bad as it used to be. Generally clean.
Parking: There may be paid parking in a garage in the area, but most everyone walks from home or parks on the street.

Used to be good, but apparently now they think stale chips and super skinny burritos are acceptable.

The two young ladies working around 1:45pm were so nasty and rude for absolutely no reason. Imagine greeting a team with a bubbly personality and being mistreated, it sucks Im never purchasing from this location again. Quality customer service is important and this location doesn’t have that…

The most horrific and abysmal portion sizes I have ever had at a restaurant on multiple occasions. You will shed tears when you look down at your almost empty bowl and back up to the screen asking for a tip.

I had two of their catered packages. The street was blocked off. So I had to walk 2 blocks, which is ok when you don't have food in your hand. Upon arrival, I was a bit agitated. I had called to get some assistance regarding where to park. Due to the street being blocked off. But no one answered. Upon entering the store.. I'm greeted with 3 employees sitting on their phone. Even though I called several times regarding parking. I received my food. Instead of the guy assisting me. He continues to play games on his phone. So I made several trips. Finally I got to the Christmas party. I'm missing one burner and a salsa and queso. Which is included with every package deal. I ordered 2 catering package deals. Received one salsa and queso but two bags of chips.
The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered, and the food not only missed items it tasted mediocre.
Besides the street being blocked off due to construction. The customer service experience turned me away from this restaurant.

We were in Atlanta for a meeting and afterwards went to Moe’s for lunch. Due to road construction it was a bit of a befuddled mess for the GPS, but found it rather quickly. Atmosphere, we were served quickly & food fresh. Newly renovated. Happy holidays!
Vegetarian options: Organic Tofu; I’ve had it at other places, but I haven’t tried this location. It’s been delicious at others.
Dietary restrictions: Build your own chicken bowl, which was delicious!

The remodel looks nice, but it seems as a way to pay for it Moe's has gone the way of Chipotle and their abysmal portion sizes. It really is a shame, I always enjoyed coming in after an Atlanta United win for a burrito, but a half scoop of chicken in a rice-bloated wrap is disappointing.

Portion sizes are horrible. Staff doesn’t care.
I’ve brought up my concerns to the manager and they just laughed it off.

My little cousin was scheduled for an interview at this location. She spends money on an Uber and rides 25 minutes to the restaurant just to be told that no manager was available to interview her. I have called and called to express my concerns about this and no answer. This is horrible considering all the crazy things going on in the world today. But I’m glad this happened because my cousin can see the type of company she doesn’t want to waste her time with! People are struggling and are in need and they have the audacity to play with people’s time and money!
Their food is good, and I’ve always enjoyed eating there, but today, when I didn’t understand what one of the employees said, she called me a "bendejo." It’s disappointing that they assume most people don’t know what that means, and no one on their team addressed it.
I think from now on, I’ll visit the taco place next door when I’m craving Mexican.

Portion was fine, service was fine. The food just tastes bland. Maybe there's something in the food that masks it. The black beans were also "al dente", rather than soft and soupy and flavorful. The flavors are dull meat, strong onion, vinegar, and capsicum, and little else. I think Willy's restaurants has much more flavor than Moe's.
I’ve been consistently going to this Moe’s location since I started college here at Georgia Tech. It’s the best one hands down in all of Georgia. The staff is incredible and the food is consistently flavorful.
