I just call them to place an order and they just said just a moment and never respond to me after been for almost 45 minutes in the line. That is just an unacceptable!! if they can’t take an order they should be honest and say they can’t accept any orders. Thats not the way to be in business!

I placed an order for pick up on one of their many options. Went to pick up the pizza and they are closed. The pick up time was 10:10. They were closed even though the hours online state 4am. Just bad business.

Ordered delivery with door dash and it was the wrong pizza and instead of a 2 liter they sent a 20 oz but I paid for a 2 liter

We were looking for a quick dinner near our hotel and stumbled upon Moonlight Pizza! We saw they offered $7 pizzas for happy hour and couldn’t turn it down. The two employees were so friendly and our pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious! LOVE and would totally recommend!
The workers blatantly ignored me as I was standing at the window. I was literally standing there for more than 15 mins before I got any help. Then they were rude and had an attitude. The food was good but I was really uncomfortable just standing out especially when there were so many homeless people near the store trying to talk to me and ask for money from me.
