This is a very solid steakhouse. The Cajun ribeye was very flavorful. The service could have been a little faster, but not bad. I plan to return.

Great steaks. My 2nd time here in 5yrs. Hits the right spot in my stomach and taste buds.
2026 update. Still love this place.
Fillet mignon was a tad dry, but the tomahawk is a must try! End the meal with their lava cake. Unforgettable.

I will never disappoint Ruth Chris again......decided to try Mortons for my anniversary and was highly disappointed...they didn't have the cocktail we wanted in stock and the steaks were over cook and charred! I mean charred charred....never will return
My boyfriend and I went to dinner last night around 8:30 with reservations. Service was alright my main issue was the food and the lack of response. We ordered the wagyu dumplings, crab cake, 16oz ribeye (medium) the Filet & Lobster (medium rare), brussel sprouts, truffle fries, and then later asparagus. To start our apps were perfectly fine, very delicious and the wines we paired went perfectly via recommendation from our server. However, getting into the entree my boyfriend’s medium steak was overcooked, we were chewing for almost 3 minutes… no joke. My steak was fine however my lobster was incredibly salty, as soon as I put it in my mouth my face puckered up, then as I tried to chew through it I kept getting more waves of salt. I let my boyfriend try it and he had the same reaction, then I asked my server about it and he responded it was the old bay. I cook with old bay and it’s never been that overwhelming/offputting. I tried to power through but it deterred me from my meal. As for the sides, the menu did not disclose that the brussel sprouts were cooked in and came with bacon inside it, I do NOT eat bacon, I haven’t ate bacon or pork in 13 years so that was incredibly disappointing. We swapped it out with the asparagus but they were underwhelming as well. The truffle fries were delicious however and I decided to fill up on those. Overall we were very unsatisfied with the meal and won’t be back, the lack of action to rectify the issues, like maybe recooking the lobster or something left us feeling unheard. We didn’t even bother to take the leftovers with us, it was that bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for the price youre paying, which our meal totaled over $300.

Morton's was a stellar experience! The food was absolutely Deeelicious! The service excellent and spot on. Food was cooked to perfection. The environment is quite intimate so perfect for date nights or other engagements. Food is pricey but worth every dime. 10⭐️. Definitely a spot to check out visiting Atlanta, or a special occasion to impress, or treat your significant other!

We had high expectations for this upscale restaurant, but unfortunately the experience fell far short. The mashed potatoes were grainy, and the steak was undercooked—not once, but twice. At one point, a wine bottle was turned upside down to pour the leftover into a glass, which was frankly not drinkable and completely inappropriate for a restaurant at this level. During ordering, the menus weren’t taken properly, which made the process awkward and disorganized.
Several drinks arrived incorrectly, and when our driver arrived, we were unable to retrieve our jackets in a timely manner. The meatballs were abysmal, and to top it off, the chocolate cake listed on the menu wasn’t available.
For a restaurant positioning itself as upscale, the food execution, service, and attention to detail were all disappointing. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and not one we’d be eager to repeat.

I'm typically a big fan of Morton's but was disappointed on my 01/28/26 visit. I visited for Happy Hour Bubbles and Bites deal only to be told that it was not avaliable on that day due to a conference. Keep in mind, I wasn't a part of the conference and the website did not say anything about exclusions. Also, the party seated behind me at the bar was able to get the deal -- even though they couldn't have arrived more than 10 minutes before me.
I stayed and enjoyed a regular meal. Kathryn was the bartender/server and was amazing.

Large group. 3 out of 5 steaks were cooked incorrect. No manager came by to even say sorry. Sides were all cold. Server was rude and dismissive. I was contacted by a manager (Amy Asfaw) via email after the dinner to see how it was. I voiced my complaints and never heard back. Emailed again, still no response. They want to hear the good, but perhaps not the bad. Will not be back.

We enjoyed our dining experience. We intended on getting the champagne and slider special, but was notified you can only get it at the bar, which we opted out of. The steak was a bit under seasoned and my veggies were salty, but overall it was a pretty good experience. Our server was attentive and friendly.
The food at Morton’s was flavorful, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. We had no complaints there at all. However, the service really affected our overall experience.
Our server, David, was not very pleasant. After he asked our table if we needed anything else, he told me to “shush,” which felt extremely unprofessional. He also told another guest at our table to “make up their mind” while they were still deciding what to order. Throughout the night, he was rude to a few people in our party of 12 and gave off the impression that he didn’t feel the need to provide great service since the 18% gratuity was already included.
We were also celebrating a birthday, and the birthday guest was never offered dessert or acknowledged, which was disappointing.
Overall, his service was about a 4/10. The food itself was very good, which helped balance the experience, but the service prevented this from being a great night. Overall experience: 6/10.

The experience was terrible. It was way too loud, and the service was poor. It took forever to receive our food and even longer to get our bill. The atmosphere was far too noisy to be considered fine dining. Overall, a terrible experience — I wouldn't recommend it. ‼️
