Impeccable Service! I highly recommend dinning at Morton's! The entire staff (David, Katherine etc.,) professional and attentive! I was celebrating my birthday and they made my day very special!

Great food and ambiance was perfect for an early dinner. I enjoyed the peanut butter banana bread pudding, thoroughly.

It was meant to be a special evening for my wife and me, celebrating our 9th anniversary. My wife is 8 months pregnant, so I wanted to make sure the night felt meaningful and comfortable for her. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped. We waited about 45 minutes for our table, which I completely understand given the busy night and large parties. However, once we were finally seated, we were placed directly next to a very large group. The noise level was overwhelming to the point where we couldn't hear each other speak. When our waitress came to take our order, she also struggled to hear us but didn't make an effort to come closer or listen carefully, which led to mistakes in our order. What hurt most was the lack of consideration for our situation. I noticed other expectant mothers seated in more comfortable spots, yet we were placed in the loudest part of the restaurant. Within minutes of sitting down, my wife began crying from how upsetting it was that our special night had turned into such a stressful and disappointing experience. Instead of enjoying a milestone occasion, we left Morton's in tears.

After 15 years of coming to this Morton's, the food/service were terrific as usual. The large party (20+) near us made it difficult to have a conversation. I wish the manager/greeter had suggested a quieter part of the restaurant in which to locate us.

We ordered the 8 oz beef tenderloin, and found the meat overcooked and dry. The service was perfunctory at best. We've been to Morton's on numerous occasions, and this is by far our worst experience.

Great food and service. One steak though was a bit over cooked though but otherwise food and service was great.

Ordered the Cajun ribeye and received a cut of sirloin or flank. Outside of that the dining experience was pleasant.

We ordered a medium steak but it was well-done so we had to send it back. The lobster mac and cheese was BLAND at best. Very disappointing because the food has always been really good! The crab cakes and cheesecake were great though!

What a first experience this was! My wife and I celebrated our second anniversary, and they had our table decorated before we arrived! The food was unreal..my wife had a Caesar salad to start and I had the lobster bisque. That was probably the best lobster bisque I've ever had in my life! My steak was a little undercooked, but they fixed it right away and it came back out PERFECT! Our server, Liz, was very accommodating. Enjoyed her service and hospitality, as well as David handling the host stand. Just an amazing first experience all around. We'll be back for sure!

My food was incorrect TWICE. The service and inaccuracy of the kitchen made us very late for our event. I am NOT happy about it.

Best steak and au gratin potatoes ever. We also enjoyed the onion bread and the hot fudge sundae is to die for. The servers and all employees are so friendly and attentive. Thanks for a memorable anniversary dinner.

Usually very pleased here. Last night took excessive time to acknowledge table once seated. Ordered App very good Ordered Wedge Salas and Black and Blue Ribeye. Never received salad and steak was just grilled no char on outside as should have been. Hopefully thy will improve.

Very busy night, so i understand service was going to be slow, and it was. Food was great,,,,,just took a little longer.

Some things never change. Ate at the original Mortons on Rush in Chicago in the early 80s and over the years have dined in many other Mortons. They continue to have high quality food and an excellent wine list. Some things never change.

I went to Morton's to celebrate my mother's birthday, and the service was outstanding. They decorated the table, printed cards for her, and gave her a special dessert. Each and every staff member that we encountered was incredibly polite and jovial. Another thing that I greatly appreciated was the fact that a couple came in slightly out of dress code, and the hostess was polite about letting them know. The man accommodated the hostess's request to take his hat off, and they were seated. Dress codes are important, but since it was a holiday yesterday, Morton's was one of the few places open. That interaction, coupled with our personal experience, solidified Morton's as a wonderful establishment. Plus, the food was incredible. I can't wait to eat there again!!
