They have several TVs so I am able catch up on news and sports while I am there.

Sincerely disappointed in the experience I had. Went here on a Thursday night to hopefully find my very own neighborhood bar. Despite the unwelcoming feeling, I still sat at the bar expecting good customer service from staff. Instead, the bartender WITHOUT even greeting me, proceeded to ask me what I wanted to drink, tells me that the kitchen is closed at 11 mind you and mid sentence just turned his attention away and left. I swear to yall. It was the most uncomfortable experience. Never mind that the person beside me literally blatantly ignored me when I asked if the chair was taken, he doesn’t work there but for the bartender to double down on the vibe was extremely disappointing. I guess it’s only a neighborhood bar for some.

I visited Mr. C’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill last night (around 2:20 AM) with a male friend, and what happened was one of the most disturbing, discriminatory, and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had in any establishment.
Shortly after we approached the bar, the Caucasian male bartender confronted us aggressively and told us, word-for-word, “This is not a gay bar. Gays are not allowed here,” and that he did not feel comfortable with us being there. He demanded that we leave immediately, despite us doing absolutely nothing wrong.
When we spoke up about his behavior, the female bartender quickly attempted to de-escalate and reassured us that we were welcome. Unfortunately, the male bartender continued to be hostile, loud, and threatening, making it very clear that he wanted us removed simply for being gay and Black.
As we exited, this bartender followed us outside, continued yelling, and physically shoved me multiple times. He made it known that he was “ready to fight” because we didn’t immediately leave when he first told us that “gays aren’t allowed.” The entire situation felt extremely unsafe and targeted.
No one should ever experience discrimination, harassment, or physical intimidation because of their identity. What happened last night was unacceptable on every level — unprofessional, discriminatory, and violent. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses this behavior immediately, because no customer deserves to feel unsafe or unwelcome simply for existing.

Super divey spot. If you don't like the smell of a dive bar and the dark atmosphere this might not be for you. The wings were AMAZING and they were priced extremely well. The bartender was super nice too. Definitely come thru and have some wings and beer sometime. You won't be disappointed.
