Customer service is very subpar. Approached the counter to be serviced and the female employee with long dark hair, medium light complexion just stared at me like I’m working for them and she’s the customer. I could care less about the quality of food if the hospitality is bottom of the barrel. Do better with the people coming to spend their hard earned money on your business. First and last period.

The owner of this establishment is terrible! I ordered an Uber Eats order & they plastered the receipt on the outside of the bag & DID NOT give me my entire order. When I called to rectify the situation the OWNER hung up on me which prompted me to now get in my vehicle & drive up there to get a refund b/c of the lack of taking the responsibility of reading the order to make sure your customer has received everything they PAID for… the OWNER then says take it up with Uber Eats but this is the restaurant I ordered from… she DID NOT make the situation right as an owner & had a nasty attitude @ that. Please DO NOT support this establishment!

This is the my first time trythis location and it'll definitely be my last time. They give you a lot of rice and barely any protein or vegetables. The broccoli and spinach was the size of spices. I wish I would've saw this before I left the mall. It's like they put the vegetables in a blender. I didn't have any mushrooms. I honestly think if your going to raise the prices on fast food at least they could give you what you're paying for.

First of all, I have not been in Greenbrier Mall for years. We just happened to be in the area and decided to stop in Greenbriar Mall. While in the mall we spotted Mr. Everything as one of the restaurants in their food court. We usually order online and the food is normally good. My first impression was horrible. The girl at the front counter, who took my order today, Sunday, April 28th, 2024 was so rude and ignorant. She kept intentionally talking barely in a whisper so that I would have to keep asking her what she said. It was so freaking annoying! On top of that, She was extremely rude and had no business working with the public. Why would you be in the front of a restaurant taking orders, and speaking below a whisper? What’s the point? I noticed that the lady in the back was putting a large amount of seasoning on the food. So I asked the ignorant girl at the front desk, if she could please ask them not to put a lot of seasoning on my food just garlic powder and she said yes she would tell them. I never saw her tell them, and when I got my food, it was loaded with seasoning, mainly salt to the point that it was not edible . I believe she probably told them that I wanted extra seasoning ,just to get under my skin. I will never ever go back to this place or order online for that matter! She rubbed me the wrong way. She was so irritating. And the food was a complete waste of money! I would’ve ended up in the hospital had I ate that food. I’ve always thought that Mr. Everything was a healthier option.

It took 15 minutes for me to get a Gyro sandwich. When I asked for a refund, some rude woman came out the back and said your food is ready and we don't do refunds. Even though it doesn't state that on the receipt. I took the sandwich anyway. It was ok. I will not recommend. Poor customer service. Also, I paid almost $13.00 for a sandwich. Extremely overpriced.

Hello I have been eating at Mr everything’s for years. So I decided to get som d that was closer to me so I ordered from greenbriar mall. First over all whoever the lady was taking orders she was getting smart with my DoorDash driver. Then whomever cook this food I ask for extra onions and mushrooms it was not one . No broccoli no nothing , plus the rice was hard as he**. I’m nog understanding what’s going on.
