Mrs. Winner's Chicken & Biscuits

HORRIBLE !! well placing my order the lady was very rude ; she made me feel very weird she didn’t want to be at work !! I asked her for fries she said no fries I asked for fried okra she said no Orka at this point I’m asking well what do you have she huffed and puffed and didn’t even answer me so I said it alil louder she said “ why you hollering “ I said because clearly you couldn’t hear me !! She then ask me do I want my food or not ; I left why would I want food fromYour rude disrespectful might spit in my food They need to regroup and start over hire new workers the ones there hates it there

I placed an order for some breakfast around 9:30 am to be delivered. The delivery service chownow then called me at 10:30 am to say they could not reach the store and was not able to deliver my food. Then told me that I would receive a refund of my money with in 24 hours. I tried calling the store for myself and the number goes to a message as if it is a cell phone saying they are not excepting call right now. This is very poor customer service. I will be going to the store on my lunch hour to get a refund for my money today. Not 24 hours. NO FOOD DELIVERED... I NEED MY MONEY RIGHT NOW!!!!

The lady that took my order in the Drive-Thru was super sweet, as was the other lady that brought me my order. Which during this day and age is refreshing!A lot of comments here are about the wait time, but this was breakfast on a Saturday and they don'tseem to have many employees there. All in all, the food and people that work there were great ?

I am a long time customer of Mrs. Winners. This location is by far the most unwelcoming, unfriendliest, and most pisspoorest of them all. The customer service is sub par and the chicken and biscuits are cold. Now, I have given this location 3 chances to redeem themselves, however, I am always left with such disappointment. The staff needs to be revamped and the quality of cooking should be looked at. This is not what i visualized a Mrs. Winners would be. If i could rate a negative i would!

This place won't stay in business long with their current employees. No customers inside, only one car in the drive thru and yet was told to "wait". 15 minutes later they still hadn't taken my order. Left without ordering.

At this point CLOSE UP THE RESTAURANT! I’ve been frequenting this spot for a couple of years now. I like the chicken because it’s close to tasting homemade with the type of seasonings that they use. I’ve been extremely patient with this particular restaurant but I must call it quits.There’s been an on-going issue with lack of professionalism and customer service since day one! The cashier used to be this lady that was extremely rude and mouthy. They got rid of her from the window but the next issue is that they want to close two hours early. This cashier/drive thru woman took my order, I waited in life for 10 to 15 minutes only for her to tell me that the chicken is going to take 15 minutes to start cooking. I was flabbergasted and confused at the same time. This place isn’t as busy as Popeyes and I’m still trying to understand how you don’t have chicken cooked and it’s only 6:30p…..on I got it. Because you wanna close the kitchen early. I’m so sick of it. Just closed or move around at this point. I’m calling corporate tomorrow.

Don't eat a lot of fried chicken and being from the West Coast my chicken of choice was Kentucky Fried! I must say though Mrs. Winners Chickens and Biscuit hit it out of the ballpark. It was absolutely positively delicious!

The woman at the window was extremely rude and impatient. I was overcharged. I ordered a combo meal which includes a side and drink. I was charged an extra $1 for a cup of water and .99 for my side item. Rip-offs. The food was not good. I will not go back.

I try to go there because I like their fried chicken but the drive through is a disaster. 20 minute waits are common. I see customers pull out of line and drive away because of the wait time. I won’t stop there if even one car waiting. I hope they can get better

This Mrs. Winner's Chicken & Fish truly lives up to the Mrs. Winner's brand name. Courteous service & voices really is worth waiting in line for their delicious chicken meals. Food was hot with nice packaging. Thank you for working. You are greatly appreciated.

I have the best cashier he was so funny and very nice. Johnathan kept a smile on my face the whole experience! I will definitely be back to see him! Quick and kind not what you get from any fast food place anywhere!

We finally gave Mrs. Winner's a try for breakfast, and we were glad we did! The service was friendly and quick, and the food was fresh and hot! The sweet tea was also fresh which is always a must for sweet tea drinkers. The only critique I would give is of the hash browns which were lacking that hashbrown crunch. However, overall we were pleased and will be back!

Finally found Gizzards and Livers without having to drive to SE Atlanta. Called it in and my man had me pull up without having to wait in drive through line. He was super nice too - took real pride in his work too which is why I’ll be back(and we loved the food)!

I’ve been eating at Winners since it opened which has been over a year now. I was quite pleased to see a variety menu and of course I began to order everything on the menu to see what I liked and didn’t like. The chicken is really good as it has a very distinctive homemade taste to it. I still frequent the restaurant but it seems like every visit makes me side eye the restaurant. If they dont improve, I’m afraid they will loose business.1. The lady who I believe is the only lady needs to practice her customer service skills. I don’t appreciate how she talks to me or other customers in the drive through.2. Your soda machine hasn’t worked properly since opening! All I continue to taste is the acid and no flavor.They have since created a seafood menu and the catfish, shrimp and hush puppies are amazing!

They overcharged me for a breakfast combo. Menu says $4.98 for the combo. But was charged over $7. Was told that was because I switched from coffee to iced tea. When I pointed out that the website says the combo comes with a medium drink (does not specify that it has to be coffee) I was told the website was wrong and the price was not honored.It's from their corporate website, y'all.
