Was excited to visit MSR with my girlfriend cause I’m from out of town. On their instagram they said cover was $10, got to the door and was charged $15. No big deal. The drag was great, the music was good, and service eh. We ordered a tender basket and sat outside with our number. After 30 minutes I went in to ask about expected times for food and if they run outside just to make sure, I was told current estimates were about 30 minutes and that they will check outside. After 20 more minutes my girlfriend went inside to ask and was just told that they had a big order placed but that the wait time is usually 30 minutes and to make sure our number was visible (it was). After more than an hour we just gave up and went to ask for a refund so we could leave, they spent some time trying to figure out the situation and came back with the order packaged to go though we already said we didn’t want it anymore. They did end up giving us the refund and they were very apologetic but just seems like an avoidable problem, especially if they didn’t blow us off when we first asked. Spent most of our night there waiting for food that was never going to come lol. I’ll give it another chance one day but what a bummer.

Had a good time here came to celebrate my niece 21st birthday. This is definitely a younger crowd but we had fun. The staff was very nice and the bar tenders kept up well with everyone. I believe they have food but we got there after the kitchen closed. Parking is street or closest garage. Overall again for the younger crowd a safe space to have fun and be yourself! The drag show was also good!

I went this Thursday March 8th the girl Bailey is so niceeee and efficient she had my hooookah on point but they need to take the girl Rachel off hookah cause it was horrrible and her service was slow.

First time going to MSR. AMAZING!!! Staff was so nice but Brooke at MSR is the KINDEST and SWEETEST bartender I have ever met!! Her energetic personality was so engaging!! She deserves a raise!! :)

I wish ?? I could give this 0 stars ... The bathroom's are NASTY !! As women why is there no sink? No toilet seats.. like why ?! I would rather use the bathroom in the middle of the street before I use there bathroom again .. me and my better half will go to another women's event venue before we ever think about returning here . Do better

Absolutely love it here, I’ve been a regular at Wednesday night karaoke for years. Always a great experience from the time I’m greeted at the door by Apryl to ordering drinks with Rachel, Kysi, or any of the other wonderful bartenders. They’ve definitely made a long time patron out of me, super special thank you to the manger, Rachel for always reminding me why I love being a regular here.

Visiting from out of town with my friends and was looking for a fun hip gay bar and this place did not disappoint. Karaoke was a great surprise. The bartenders were great and April at the door was amazing. Everyone was friendly and having a good time. 10 out of 10 would visit again.
