The cookies used to be soft, So soft, they would almost fall apart when I pick them up. Now, in the recent weeks, they’ve been hard around the edges with a burnt taste on the corners. Also, the birthday cake flavor seems thinner with less icing. Please go back to the old recipe.

Tucker location employee has a terrible attitude. I informed what cookies I wanted and she was in front of other cookies and I advised I wanted chocolate chip and she said im putting the paper in it. I then said oh im sorry I thought you were getting those cookies. She didnt say a word and was rolling her eyes so i told her, her attitude was bad. She then said im not gonna let anyone talk to me any kind of way and I said ma'am I apologized I thought you were getting the wrong cookies. I told her I would reach out to the owner because they cant know how unfriendly she is. Her reactions with others as well is uncalled for. Won't patronize here ever again because of her. The cookies on the other hand are delicious.

First time visiting, and I was hoping to try a classic chocolate chip cookie—unfortunately, they were completely sold out. I decided to branch out and try a couple new flavors instead: the Biscoff Cookie Butter Cookie and the Banana Pudding Cookie.
The Biscoff Cookie was a 7/10 for me. It wasn’t bad, but it lacked that distinct Biscoff flavor I was expecting, so I wouldn’t go out of my way to try it again.
The Banana Pudding Cookie, on the other hand, was a major miss—1/10. It tasted like an overly sweet sugar cookie topped with something that reminded me of MoonPie banana cream filling. Not what I expected, and it left a weird aftertaste.
Overall, I wouldn’t return or recommend this place. If you’re a true cookie lover looking for quality and flavor, this probably isn’t the spot. Honestly, if I could uneat the cookies, I would.

So..I wish there was an option to have a chocolate chip with a few less chips in it. Prob save them a few dollars too. The chips were a bit too much. Perhaps there is a catering option where you can order with less chocolate.
Munster Cravings makes amazing cookies—seriously, they are top-tier. However, the customer service? A complete disaster.
When we walked in on Saturday, March 22nd, around 4:30 PM, the young lady at the counter was glued to her phone, giving off the clear impression that we were inconveniencing her by simply being there. If that was her goal, mission accomplished.
I’m not here to judge how someone was raised, but when it comes to running a business, customer service matters. If the owner or management reviews the security footage (assuming they have one), they’ll see exactly why this employee needs serious coaching on basic client experience skills. And if she isn’t willing to grow, honestly, I wouldn’t have her working for me even for free—let alone on payroll.
Running a business is tough, and rent isn’t cheap. Hiring people with an “I’m lucky to have this job” mindset instead of an “You’re lucky I showed up” attitude is crucial. Unfortunately, the latter mentality is all too common these days.
As much as I love these cookies, I won’t be back. Dealing with attitude-filled people is already part of daily life—I’m certainly not paying for the experience on my day off.

I needed something sweet so I stopped by Munster Cravings. This was my first time. The location was in a food hall and nice and clean. The had many options to choose from. I decided to go with two of my go to flavors. I purchased a s’mores cookie and birthday cookie. The s’mores cookie was ok. It was a little too sweet for me. The birthday cake cookie, although it had icing, was my favorite. It wasn’t overly sweet. They also have the option of getting the birthday cookie with or without frost. They are about $4 a cookie.

After I ate it, my stomach immediately started doing flips and I was out for the count. I spoke with my friend who also had the same reaction to it. Let me be a little clearer: I got food poisoning from this place. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!
