Food is edible but not pleasing. Most people who are not familiar with Indian food might like it. As an Indian, I was not impressed, including my parents. If you are a foodie, try it once. I went there because it was close to my hotel. The staff was friendly.Kid-friendliness: The young lady who served us was a peasant and a friendly person.

I really do enjoy eating at the atlantic station location and drive a distance to do so. The food has declined over that past several months and my last visit was very disappointing. The naan was burnt, not just dark, but tasted burnt. The portion size was smaller than usual and the flavors were dull on the chicken tikka masala. I haven’t completely given up on them, so I’ll will try them again eventually.

Friendly staff even during a rush of take out orders. Informative on the menu for newcomers and food was fresh and comforting.

A lot of people are calling this the Chipotle of Indian food and they are not wrong. They have a few parking spots in the front and a large lot in the back. There is also a small eating area in the front with cover.I came in an ordered a bowl with brown rice, chicken tiki masala, paneer tiki masala, and kaboob. I added grilled peppers, onions, spinach and the hot seasoning. The flavor was not as impactful as I thought. The hot seasoning was hot but they gave me a small amount. Bowl was pretty small as well. Good enough for a meal.I also got the iced Chia tea. It is not worth it.

I’ve been eating at NaanStop since 2014. I have never had a bad experience until April 3rd. I stopped in around 7:45PM to pickup 2 turkey rice bowls for dinner and lunch for the next day. When I arrived home to eat the first rice bowl I was so disappointed! The brown rice was undercooked, turkey was dry, the portion size was small, and the whole meal was cold. Because I was hungry, I added a little butter and nuked the bowl in the microwave. Right afterwards I received a text message from NaanStop asking to provide feedback which I gladly did! Within a minute of finishing the survey I received a follow up text from the owner/manager apologizing for my bad experience and offering a coupon for another meal. Although I appreciated the gesture I still had an unappealing bowl for left for lunch today so I decided I was going to return the uneaten bowl and ask them to remake it. I arrived at 10:30AM this morning and was greeted by Nigel. I began to explain the situation and he quickly apologized for what had happened the previous day. Not only did Nigel remake the bowl he remade my entire order and it certainly made up for my previous experience. I was thoroughly satisfied the new order! Nigel renewed my confidence in NaanStop and I will continue to be a patron as long as the food quality holds up. Thanks Nigel!

The folks here are so friendly. It's nice to have flavorful food be so readily available. Great for vegetations or people who have a high standard for meat, they have Halal options here. The food always puts a smile on my face, and try a drink if you come, the Mango Lassi is wonderful.Vegetarian options: Delicious cooked Cauliflower, Chick Peas, Lentils, and sometimes Paneer.

I bought rice, chhola gobhi and dal. I was planning to buy a naan to go with it. But when the girl on the counter stuffed everything in a single stainless steel bowl, I cancelled the plan for naan. They provide a disposable black plastic spoons. A little upscale cutlery would work for the people who are dining in.The taste was very mediocre - I would say below average. I would definitely expect more flavor and more appealing to eyes too.Not a place for foodies. Would not recommend.PS after the owner's response: This review is for presentation AS WELL AS regarding the taste as mentioned in the above original message. Please note.

So the young lady provided good service. If I’m going to pay $14 for a dish I expect to be full. Food was ok, but doesn’t equal to the price you pay. Small portions, expect to get a 2 piece next door. The chicken was soupy, parts of it was shredded, they give you extra sauce for free. So essentially I got shredded chicken over rice for $14.
