Excellent Chicago pizza - best in town, I think. Staff was great and attentive. We've eaten here many times in the past and will continue to visit!

The deep dish pizza itself was very flavorful and the marinara sauce is so good because it's sweet. Only thing that didn't seem that appetizing to me is that the sausage looked like it was boiled as it was a very light grey color. I'm not sure but I think that if they cooked it normally it would probably elevate the flavor even more. Overall the service was very nice, they have friendly people working for them!

Really delicious Chicago-style pizza! I've been coming here with my family for over 20 years without issue. For my most recent visit, however, the Pizza dough was a little undercooked for our deep dish pizza. Also, at almost $3 per topping, we didn't feel that we had nearly enough meat in our Uncle Tony's pizza, based on the price we paid for it. With that said, our server, Jessica, was an angel and we appreciated everything about her, as well as all the other workers we interacted with.

Addition to last review. this review is 09/14/24, If you're a native Chicagoan you know deep dish is for tourist and occasionally. The thin crust tavern style square cut is way more popular and tasty. Here the thin crust (poppa john style) is to thick and the super thin is way to thin to hold the toppings. They need just one Thin crust and master that one. The last 4 trips have been disappointing/never know what the crust will come out being. Otherwise the flavor and sauce is "to me" best in Atl. The pizza would taste much better if they actually put some Sauce on it.. after I said extra sauce ok but not happy

Service was too slow for me! I except at least a cup of water after 15 mins. Not the young lady’s fault that was there because she appeared to be the only one working and possibly still training.

I'm giving 5 stars because I honestly don't know where to place blame for the negative aspects of my experience.

Pros: friendly and helpful on the phone.

Cons: $91 for two small pizzas. No flatware or plated. I actually ordered one small and medium but I'm glad I got two smalls because I can't imagine how much a medium would have weighed. Our hotel elevator may just refused to lift that much.

They smell delicious, and when I get some utensils in the hotel lobby I'll update this post or just pass out in a pizza coma and never post again.

Pizza was ok. Service was slow. There is plenty of other optionsFound a hair in my daughter's kid Alfredo. I informed the waitress, who informed another waitress, for her to come back and say they would take 10% the bill. No apology. No replacement. Needless to say we have never been back and never will.

Great food and restaurant. My girlfriend is from Chicago. She considers herself a pizza connoisseur. She was impressed by Nancy's. The food at Nancy's is great and fresh. We ordered an extra large pepperoni and Italian sausage. It was so good, that we craved more. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is next level. Looking forward to returning.

Wow! Was here from out of town, and could not wait for my daughter to try their home made mozzarella sticks. $11.50 for 6. What was served to us was not the fat, homemade mozzarella I had last time. These were no more than frozen and chalky SONIC cheese sticks for $2 each!
Pizza had next to NO sauce on it. There was a mushy crouton drowned in my side of salad dressing. Wonder where that came from! We spent $75 for the two of us. Never again.
Now I know why there was NO ONE in the whole restaurant on a weekday at 12:30.
PATHETIC. They just need to fold up.

Place looks nice but you got sit where they say, waiter was half n half. I should've ask 3 time for drink and cup needs to be full.my deep dish pizza cheese must not be real very, chewy over and over. Its stringy but bubble gum like.
Have never again. But wings was great.

Worst experience with a server. I can’t rate the food since the server didn’t even put my order in so all I ate were breadsticks. She also didn’t know what beers the bar had, brought us the check before my daughter was even close to being done eating, and didn’t offer her a to go box. Then tried to say it was busy and that’s why she forgot to put it my food. I think she may have had one table other than us and the place was pretty quiet and far from busy. The hostess was very nice. Food smelled good but unfortunately I left hungry and having to go elsewhere. My check says my server was ivory. As a former server myself, I can overlook a bunch of things but I think she should find a new line of work.
