I have been a loyal Goldberg's customer for over 20 years. Over the past year I have noticed that the quality of food has declined. The past two meals that I have ordered have been inedible. I ordered an omelet with onions. The onions were raw. Everything was oversalted and greasy. I ordered a breakfast special and it was disgusting. The bill is padded with extra charges. I paid $5.50 for a bagel with cream cheese. BEWARE THE MENU PRICES ARE NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF WHAT YOU WILL PAY. Each breakfast entre comes with a bagel but certain bagels have a "surcharge"". A side of bacon was $7.50. During the pandemic there was a special "fee for cleaning". Really? So sad that this establishment has declined so rapidly. Oh by the way, the last visit a member of the wait staff had a cough to clear this person's obvious congestion. I want to throw up just thinking about it. I would not be surprised if this place is not in business in the near future.

We love Goldberg’s in East Cobb. They have an excellent, caring staff and every menu item we have tried has been over the top delicious! I would highly recommend breakfast/brunch/lunch here!

I ordered nova on bagel at the airport as I have many times before even though the price is pretty steep —-$15.39 so I was pretty surprised when they added a charge of $2.49 for “lox” what on earth? I spoke with the manager who said the nova and bagel does not include cream cheese! The bagel was wonderful as always but the prices and attitude not okay.

You can’t make this up! We were in line for a while. Looking at the bagels deciding which one I was going to have. I get to the counter they say they aren’t doing bagels. (Breakfast all day) so I order a breakfast sandwich and in the same breath the cashier asks what kind of bagel do I want? Unreal and to top it off they got the order wrong. What a joke. All the bagels were visible as you wait in line.

It's in an airport so expectations should be held on check. Bagels were very large, tasty and filling. Service was average at best, but it's in an airport so I wasn't expecting a 5 star service. As long as I get my food reasonably fast and the people I talk to aren't rude I'm fine. This was the case. But man that bagel sandwich really hit the spot for a hungry traveler.
This is the best bagel i’ve literally ever had. I got an everything bagel breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. a little overpriced but it was so good

Absolutely terrible - my bagel was incredibly old. I couldn't even eat it, the crust was so hard. Plus, there was so much butter (never in my life did I think I would complain about butter) the bagel was dripping soggy. And they only had whole or soy milk... no 2% or almond. Overpriced. Awful.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at Goldberg"s Bagel and Deli, especially my server, Derek. I had a fabulous breakfast of scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms, home made latkes, and biscuits that were light and flaky. Derek was professional, personable and made the meal experience very enjoyable. However it is what he and the staff did at Goldberg's that really made my visit even more memorable. When faced with having to wait hours for my mom to get out of surgery at local Emory Hospital, Derek made me feel like family by offering to let me wait in the comfort of their restaurant rather than my car. He always kept checking on me and never made me feel uncomfortable. Thanks for going above and beyond Jennifer and Derek on a day that was especially difficult for me. I will always remember your kindness, great food and friendly service ?

I purchased a Chef Salad and a bottle of water on March 3, 2021 and it was the worst mistake of my life. Within 2 hours, I began experiencing diarrhea, abdominal cramps, fever, and severe aches and pains. It was clear that I had experienced food poisoning from the chef salad. It’s been over 24 hours hours since I ate the salad and my body still aches and the diarrhea won’t stop. Bottomline is that I would NEVER eat food from their facility again in my lifetime.
