#Scout has set the standard for Hospitality.
How wonderful has my day been but even better as I spend my money where it’s worth investing! #Hospitality absolutely pleasing. Management solid, Nice meeting you Nick! The bartender and bar service was perfect. The food perfect. The Life of Paula Michelle is so thankful. Ponce City Market is a great place to dine! Ohh wait!

My chicken sandwich was very dry. No dressing, a few peppers and nothing that would qualify as lettuce. Husband couldn’t taste any basil mayo on the BLT. Very confusing on how to obtain your drinks. The cashier was running through from sandwich side to drink side in the middle of taking orders. Also you have to split up families or groups if some people want sandwiches and some salads. Makes it hard to pay for one check parties. Deco is stark but clean.

Service is wonderful! All the staff we interacted with were very polite, friendly, and attentive.

We visited during lunch (would love to try their breakfast and dinner options).
- Turkey AVO was great! I had mine deconstructed, without bread, since I’m gluten free
- the manchego was ok, felt it needed more toppings as just meat, cheese, lettuce.
- chicken salad pretty good
- Tuna salad we would skip. Not our favorite
- the fries actually weren’t my favorite - extra crispy and dry. Almost like chips. Not terrible just not something I’d write home about
- strawberry matcha oat milk was excellent
- blood orange sorbet WONDERFUL

Great addition to the neighborhood! I’m never around during the work week to get lunch, so I figured I’d try one of the sandwiches when I was taking off for my birthday. It was delicious. My only complaint is that for the price (and based on all the reviews and pictures I’ve seen—attached below for reference), I was expecting it to be more substantial. Seems like there are still some inconsistencies, which I get, but I don’t think it’s fair to get essentially half the portion I’ve seen people get online and be charged the same amount. It tasted amazing, so I’ll definitely be back, but a little disappointed that it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting.

Was here to work/study for a bit on a slow Tuesday afternoon. Wasn’t too busy, however, seeing as this is easily accessible to the Beltline and is at the lobby of a living quarter, I could see this being really busy over the weekends. I live nearby so I walked here, but there is plenty of paid parking nearby.

Food: terrific and well-portioned. Yes, they are Beltline prices, but I thought worth it. Got a classic turkey avocado sandwich and every ingredient, including the bread and turkey, tasted freshly-carved/baked. Ordered an iced vanilla latte as well and was good too.

Atmosphere: It seems more like a casual (on the upscale side) restaurant where you can absolutely bring your laptop and work. They have window-lined countertop seating, bar seating, and regular table seating. Some plugs on the walls. Pleasant music. Clean. Cool farm/market decor.

Service: was greeted upon entrance. Attendant was friendly and helpful. Manager(s) was kind.

Would definitely go back. Seems to be a good place to focus and work, and will try the rest of the menu.

Food is great. I ate here first day it opened so staff was a little confused service wise but overall good experience.

We had brunch on Sunday afternoon. It was very busy & festive with people who were shopping & hanging out in & around Poncey market. We ordered at the counter & were able to find a table. We would have sat at the bar but it was filled. The gentleman who helped us at the counter was very friendly & helpful as I was debating between the lobster roll or turkey. It’s an open kitchen situation. Observing everyone, I can tell they take pride in their work & there’s passion in their cooking & presentation. I shared a big smile with a kind woman who was making sandwiches to the right of the register. Loved the vibe. Good music was playing. Parking was easy (paid lot at Ponce City Market.)

The only reason I give a 4 for the atmosphere is because I prefer a sit down order situation versus ordering at the counter. Overall it’s a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Our experience at the Scout was surprising.
It met our experience 10 fold. Wonderful delightful. I will. Recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you.

I placed a lunch takeout order for the Rocko’s Cutlet and WOW it was delicious! Paid $20 (sandwich + tax) and I know that sounds pricey for a sandwich but the portion was huge! i was full and satisfied from only half the sandwich! i got two meals out of it- half the sandwich for lunch one day and the other half for lunch the next day. this place is added to my list of best spots in atlanta!

One of my favorite spots in Old Fourth Ward! Highly recommend their Crispy Eggplant sandwich, matcha, and any of their pastries. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life!
