Location changed to a smaller spot, no alcohol available yet, and the vibe is definitely not the same; not the sexy, adult, upscale vibes as in NY or the old ATL location. I was annoyed the entire time as there was a family with small kids running around, playing, and just being noisy. The food is still good, so I eventually took mine to go. Customer service was also good.

My husband brought me here for Valentine’s Day. This is their new location. Parking was free. The atmosphere was very cozy and intimate. We had the collard green spring rolls, oxtail dinner, curry chicken dinner and the Mac and cheese. The food was 10/10! They are currently waiting on their liquor license, so no alcoholic beverages right now; but they do have mock tails available. Our server was polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely come back!

Im a very known face in ATL and also friends with previous owner not sure if he is still apart of this but im so embarrassed by this place , I used to brag now I have plenty of people mad at me. I’ve live in 5 countries and their escovitch was the best ANYWHERE !!! Everything on the menu is gross I ordered EVERYTHING … small menu … I’m upset I’m sure I’ll update this once I’m able to articulate better fast fingers and disappointment. Staff is the stank on top of the food unfortunately no one had a postive attitude ugh makes you so sick of Atlanta.

Restaurants in ATL gotta stop focusing on aesthetic & focus on product. Food is to expensive to be NASTY. The waffle was so Hard. Im sorry it was NOT good, the menu is so small, barely any options & service was VERY VERY slow for a small restaurant. At least add regular wings to the menu. Ridiculous that only jerk is available especially when it's nasty. People need a go to order just in case Its nasty. You can NEVER go wrong with fried wings. The men waiters were mean looking & had a mean demeanor nobody looked happy. Ive seen busier restaurants with happier employees. Tbh. It felt a little judgemental because we were a younger black crowd but I'm not gonna say thats what it was. "Maybe" they were just too busy. Im a be generous With my rate but i hope this review changes the restaurant for the better.

My boyfriend and I visited ATL for a day trip. Every city we visit, we make our way to Jamaican food. After googling, we found this place. The place is beautiful in the inside, very chill. They do not have their liquor license just yet so we were unable to try drinks. However, we tried the oxtails. They were really good. My only complaint is I needed more meat than fat. The rice and peas mixed in with the gravy from the oxtail was top notch. I wasn’t a fan of the sautéed vegetables as they were super crunchy. If it was cooked a little longer, it would have been better. The plantains were very yummy and on the thicker side. Overall, it was a good experience and we will be back to visit.
Parking: Parking was cool. There were spaces available.

The location is not even a sit down. Restaurant is a pick up on the inside of cloud kitchen. A cloud cushion is multiple kitchens in one. Because they don’t have someone at the desk I couldn’t make a decision for my food, so I just walked down the street to get tacos instead! I wish they were clarify that when you call to give a heads up that is not a brick and mortar location anymore! Hopefully, they don’t delete my review!

After driving 20 minutes, we waited nearly an hour, there was no way to check your order status besides being face to face with the person in the expo window, and the public restroom ALLEGEDLY wasn't working.
My people enjoyed the food (Jerk Chicken, Escovich Fish, stewed cabbage, etc), but the juice wasn't worth the squeeze for us. Surely the vendor got the experience they expected. As the host and driver, I did NOT.
STAY AWAY!

The girl at the front desk is rude and nasty. She has a horrible attitude and a smart mouth. Wait to be so welcoming. That lady needs to be fired.

After waiting to be acknowledged, I called the restaurant and was treated to a frozen face who pointed me to a seat. My next interaction begun with 'what can I do for you?' as if I was begging, seeking a job, or selling something. No menu offered. No one smiles in this establishment. It is a most unwelcoming and unfriendly environment. I promptly took my business elsewhere. Every disappointed.

The food was GREAT! I had the oxtails and they were amazing. Tender, a little spicy, and rice and peas were good. The service was trash. We came on a Sunday night with very minimum crowd. Host was very dry. Our server came to our table three times, to give us the QR code menu, take our order, and give us a check. No drink refills, how’s the food or nothing. Like all ATL restaurants, there is a 20%gratuity added to your check (party of 2). This is kinda money hungry since the oxtails are $35 for small portion but that’s the way of the world now. Better service might have made up for it.

Service at our table was great and I really applaud our waitress! However, their brunch items were not good at all. My boiled yam was spoiled and gray-colored and the ackee and saltfish was the worst I have ever had in my life. The only good thing was that the drinks (besides being very expensive) were not too bad.

Went last night on a date with my Girlfriend and i was highly dissappointed. The reservations were behind and it just seemed like chaos when trying to find a place to sit. Once we were seated we ordered our apetizers and drinks. Which to me was probably the best part. Ordered 2 patties and a ceaser salad with jerk shrimp on it. My girlfriend and i felt like we were rushed when they came and took our used plates amd forks we then ordered our entrees, we both had curry shrimp. It took forever to get out forks to even eat. When the food came the food was unacceptable the curry shrimp was cold, and over cooked. Sauteed spinich tasted bland, no flavor it was missing at least some garlic in it. And overall it was not worth the $165 that i paid for it last night. This is the issue with alot of black owned business is lack of quality control because when i went here months ago for lunch it was absolutly amazing. Sorry to say i will never go here again i would have been better off getting some carribbean food from Golden Krust.
