New Orleans Daiquiri – Exceptional Service from Ny!
I had an amazing experience at New Orleans Daiquiri, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ny. From the moment I walked in, her energy was warm, welcoming, and on point. She didn’t just take my order—she made me feel like a valued guest.
Ny knows her stuff too! She helped me pick the perfect daiquiri, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything tasted exactly how it should. The service was fast, friendly, and full of genuine New Orleans hospitality.
It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with personality the way Ny does. She’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. If you stop by, make sure you ask for her—she’ll take great care of you!

This place feels like home from the moment you walk in. The service is quick, and the staff keeps everything running smoothly with genuine smiles and professionalism. The daiquiris are smooth and full of flavor, easily among the best around. The food is fresh, seasoned well, and comes out hot without a long wait. Between the upbeat atmosphere, good music, and attentive waitress service, it’s a spot worth coming back to for both the drinks and the experience.

It costs absolutely nothing to be professional and communicate respectfully. Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was quite disappointing. The heavy-set, light-skinned woman who assisted me demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and basic communication skills.

I arrived to pick up an Uber Eats order for a customer, only to be told that the food would not be prepared because the kitchen had already closed by the time the order came through. When I politely asked for the order to be canceled, she became defensive, raised her voice, and accused me of being “too loud” — in a bar already filled with loud music.

Her aggressive attitude was completely unnecessary, especially when I simply suggested it would be easier to cancel the order since the restaurant chose not to fulfill it. It takes minimal effort to communicate and update the customer rather than shift the blame onto delivery drivers.

Her behavior was unprofessional, discourteous, and reflective of poor training. I strongly recommend management address this issue immediately — as this type of conduct is both undesirable and damaging to the restaurant’s reputation. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values professionalism and good customer service.

I hadn't been in awhile I use to go once a week, but them daiquiris👌🏽 hit every time food delicious TVs everywhere for sports music choice 👏🏽 outdoor patio as well!

I went last night around 10 with a group of people it was honestly terrible. The table we got seated at was dirty! When the food came out there was something wrong with one of the burgers it was supposed to get remade but was NEVER brought back out after over an hour. We were charged 18 %. Gratuity to never have one refill. When the order was messed up not once did the manager try to come out and make it right. It was just an over all terrible experience and to still have to tip 18% and our waitress wasn’t doing her job at all was crazy I 10/10 do not recommend this bar after hours at all. And most of the staff was literally at the bar having a time.
