What an amazing experience. My wife said it was the best steak she has had. All of our dishes were amazing and the young lady who served us was so awesome. I definitely told everybody I know about it.

I take myself on solo dates pretty often, so I’m very comfortable dining alone. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a steakhouse in Atlanta. When I came in, I was greeted nicely at first. But after being seated at the bar, I was left waiting about 10 minutes while the bartender stayed fully engaged in conversation with three men sitting next to me. Even after that conversation wrapped up, she didn’t check on me or ask if I was ready to order. I had to ask her to take my order while she focused on other tasks. I’ve been a server before, with that being said it was bluntly obvious I wouldn’t have gotten any service for a while if I didn’t speak up for my self and that was not something I have ever had to deal with at a restaurant especially when I’m sitting at the bar which was not full or overtly busy by any means. I ordered the bone-in ribeye, mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. The steak was good and the mashed potatoes were great, but the Brussels sprouts lacked seasoning and sauce. I also wasn’t offered bread until my food was already on the table which is again something I have never experienced at any steak house I have been to. As a woman dining alone, I’m very aware of when I’m being overlooked. I genuinely felt like I wasn’t being serviced until I made it clear I was spending money. That shouldn’t happen anywhere, especially at a steakhouse. I expect attentive and equal service whether I’m with a group or by myself. Word of advice to the bartender( shorter, long hair, young on the back side of the bar) sometimes men won’t be your biggest tippers and you shouldn’t undermine you’re customers whether you think they have money to spend or not.

Great place to eat, excellent food and service. It was really hard to hear due to the loud music and everyone trying to talk over it. Overall, I would go again!
Aaron took care of us and did a great job. It was a full house, nose level was high, but manageable.
Great customer service and explanation of menu items. Atmosphere was lively but enjoyable. The bar tender isnt stingy lol. Don't leave without getting a butter cake for dessert. I will definitely return.

Best steak in Atlanta. Puts Little Alley to shame. Hal’s has a partier vibe, but both are excellent steakhouses

I’m the type who likes to enjoy simple things in a not so simple way. My time at New York Prime, thanks to the beautiful atmosphere, and my server Kat, was a night of luxury. The side table service was such a great experience and made my night so much better. I felt so involved in the food I was being served and taken care of. I 100% recommend.

My steak was good but after a few bites it felt like I was eating a salt bomb. It was cooked perfectly though just too salty. Lobster tail was perfect. Champagne was perfect. Very friendly bartenders and food runners. Loved their sense of humor.
The food and experience was wonderful. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable and caring.
Had a very nice dinner here. Started with the crabcake, which my girlfriend loved. I thought it was pretty good, but overpriced as it was quite a small crabcake. I ordered a ribeye and my girlfriend ordered a new york strip and both were amazing! The service was fantastic too. Overall great experience!

One of the best meals we've ever had. We got the baked shrimp for a starter, petite filet, center cut filet, wagu, asparagus, fettuccine alfredo, cheesy potatoes, butter cake, and the cookie with ice cream. And for drinks we had the margarita and the old fashioned. We didn't get pictures because we were too busy enjoying our food. I would reorder and recommend everything! On top of that we had wonderful service from Lucas!
