I’m not really sure where to start. Drugs, roaches, drug dealings, car break ins happens OFTEN, a lot of late night activity, NO SAFETY, NO SECURITY!!! no laundry , no gate , no gym , no swimming pool AND somebody legit got shot here a few days ago, the police came & shut down the community and the block. The blood is still on the concrete& there are literally babies playing on it ! A terrible place to live. How & why are you all still trying to get people to pay to live here and can’t even keep up the very few that do live here? The assistant manger is decent BUT the young lady who works in there has a terrible attitude ! Waiting weeks& months for work orders, AC units broke & barely any pest control . Apply at your own risk .

Even if he's having a busy day, the manager Malachi, is always finding the time to address my needs and I really appreciate that because it matters to a tenant that lives in the complex. He's professional, respectful and is never to busy to help with my apartment needs and I thank you for that.
The maintenance man, Mr. Ray at Northside Plaza Apartments, was professional and polite while working in my unit. I had a heating problem and he came back 3 days in a row to work on it and made sure my heat was working. I really appreciate him and Northside Plaza for even having a person like that to come and see about me.

Paid $50 to park here for a falcons game, came out to our truck booted & the window busted out. Gun & purse stolen. Then had to pay another $100 to get the boot off. Nothing but a bunch of dirty thugs. DO. NOT. PARK. HERE. Also you can see in the picture that the truck beside us also has a busted window. There were at least 10-15 cars booted & windows busted out. Seems like everyone here is in on this scheme.

If you don't mind your car windows getting smashed and vehicle vandalized or a bunch of squatters in & out and when you call the police for an urgent matter it takes up to 2-3 hrs. Then here's the place to call home. I went to visit my daughter as we in the house getting ready to head to the store there's 2 gentlemen walking around booting cars and forcing people that even live out there to pay 75.00 or they can't take it off due to needing a payment confirmation # and when you call management they said that there highly aware and working towards getting the residents parking pass and one for there guests. This is ridiculous because they should've had this in place before tenants moved out there it's not fair to the tenants nor there guests... Definition of failing to fulfill their required duties.

DON’T park here for events at Mercedes!!! Attendants stand out front and charge $40 to park and then you come back and you have a boot, another $75!!!! This makes me sick, get a job and stop stealing from hard working people!!!

Poorly managed apartment complex in a rough neighborhood. No amenities or security. Break-ins are common. Poor maintenance and management issues. Despite this, they think very highly of themselves, charging you the same rent as you would pay in a modern, secure, well-appointed building in midtown or O4W. Abysmal place!

They charged me for turning in my key late even though it's not on the lease, nor is it their key, nor were they there when I tried to turn it in the first time(s). I literally told them the day I was coming, and they decided to not be at the office that day, of course no warning or anything. They then charged me without any kind of notice or warning weeks later. The boss, not sure of her name, but shes a tyrant. I don't know why anyone would hire her. Shes just a truly mean spirited person. She actually made my wife cry. Oh yea, and they jacked up my rent $325 every year despite no noticeable changes being made to the property. I could go on and on but it's pointless. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Hands down, worst management experience ever.

Maintenance is the worst! Lionel will take work orders “personal” and literally is the only maintenance man for the entire complex. You would think property managers would hire more competent maintenance workers due to the property being so old and out dated. Repairs can take up to a year to be completed. You will experience multiple floods(as I have) and most times theres no urgency to get them fixed.When they are fixed, it is poorly done. You WILL experience your AC not working at least one(all units are older). Ms. Clarissa does the BEST she can given the circumstances, but I have experienced a lot of error when it comes to paying rent online, the amount changes to charges not listed on lease! Easy fix, its just very hard getting in contact with someone in office. You wont get any response to an email, so don't even bother. I do enjoy the convenience of the location! However, Please don't send Lionel to my apartment anymore! Please hire more professional maintenance staff, it will make things so much better!
