I got butter chicken, naan, and veggies samosas. The butter chicken tasted really off and gross. I tried to bare past it but I couldn’t. Same for the samosas. Soggy and odd taste. Naan was okay and mango lassi was okay.

I went out to eat there with my children. We ate from their vegan food options? ( tofu tandoori, mushroom fried rice, mango juice??). The food is impeccable. It danced around my palate. The customer service is friendly and welcoming. I will surely come back.

I don't get to Little Five Points as often as I used to, so I was ecstatic to discover that Niramish was still open! I spent the entire day craving their mulligatawny. You know how when you crave something that intensely, the end product rarely meets your expectations? This was absolutely not the case last night! One sip of that warm, tangy, delicately spiced soup and my senses were thrust into overdrive! I became that annoying person in the restaurant who has to punctuate every other bite of food with expressions of delight!Rewind just a bit. I had eaten a very carb-heavy lunch that say, so I wanted something light like mulligatawny that would still fill me up. I hadn't counted on my husband ordering samosas and garlic naan. I tell you truthfully, both are the best you will find in Atlanta! The samosas are perfectly cooked - never greasy, not too bready, bursting with pillowy potatoes. And the naan...so fresh and fluffy and warm! So much for avoiding those carbs! Finally, I must mention the salmon bhoona my husband ordered as his entree. The sauce was intoxicating in its depth and richness (perfect for dipping buttery naan into), and the salmon was expertly prepared. Not a scrap was left behind!Don't be fooled by the no-frills interior. Niramish is a gem!

Ok, so the interior is totally unassuming, and you really don't expect to eat some amazing food, but it was absolutely DELICIOUS! We ordered the Chana Masala and Chicken Tikka Masala as well as 2 orders of garlic naan. It was all very good! We will be returning but probably doing takeout next time.Vegetarian options: Two full pages of vegetarian options!!! Amazing!!

Beware. Let's just start with... We found a long straight back hair in our food. IN OUR FOOD! I'm disgusted just thinking about it. We ordered from Uber Eats and although I'm usually not a fan of having food delivered, it was a long day and we needed to eat. We ordered chicken tikka masala, lamb tikka masala and Chana masala. The first thing I noticed was it looked like they accidentally gave me two chicken tikka masala but there was white meal in both dishes, that annoyed me but it wasn't a deal breaker because we were hungry but as we're eating I realize that there is red meat in the dish after all. So we received one chicken tikka and one mixed tikka with a couple lamb cubes and chicken cubes, weird. However as we're eating our overly spicy and not super flavorful food, I go to spoon out more Chana masala for our CHILD and our comes a long straight hair tangled in with the chick peas! I almost lost it!! We immediately threw everything away and relied heavily on our pre-meal prayer because obviously health standards are not prioritized in this establishment. Whether this is the norm or an anomaly, I'd rethink eating at this place.

Wow! An Indian place in little 5 with 4 stars??? Just so happens, we had a major storm come through East ATL and our power has been out for 4 hours. I was getting "hangry" at this point. 9 pm and no way to cook, and all the restaurants in our immediate area had no power either. I jumped on Zifty for delivery, and chose places that still delivered to our area, but at least 5 miles away. So on a hope and prayer, I ordered. Holy cow!! First off, the delivery guy was 15 minutes early which really made me happy! Now let's get down to business: we had the garlic naan, pakoras, somosas, and coconut beef curry. The guy was so fast with the order, when we opened the curry, it was still piping hot! Unbelievable again! The food was just a gorgeous meal, eaten in the dark, with my hubby, by candlelight with the Sinatra channel playing in the background. The fast service, piping hot food, and the delicious quality and huge portions, turned this grouch into a fan! Enjoy kids!!!!

Seriously one of the best Indian places in ATL. I've tried it on Uber eats a lot but came in person for the first time. Best Naan bread I've had!! And chicken tikka masala is great. Food came out in 5 minutes. The servers are kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back.
