So disappointing! We had a late family lunch here to celebrate the end of school with our young adult daughters. This is a lunch tradition that goes back to when they were little here in Atlanta, and before that to when I was a little girl and my own mom and grandma would take me to the original Dallas Zodiac Room at NM. This was a total bummer. The service was truly terrible. The food took forever, and wasn't good. There were no popovers. My chicken salad was warm-ish, along with the accompanying orange soufflé (both typically cold). The fruit salad was missing, but there was a small spoonful of strawberries. My husband's dish was not as listed. My daughter's salmon tacos were in ice cold tortillas. My drink was not what I ordered. Really bad. Keeping a few stars for nostalgia's sake in hopes they get it together. Used to be such a charming and yummy shopping break for a girls' day out.

Love this spot but they seem short staffed. The poor waitress was doing sixteen different things and the hostess was leaning on her podium scrolling her phone. Seems like the hostess could at least help out with checks and pick up orders and water refills etc. Other than the service which was fast for food orders and food service but slow for checkout it is always a favorite spot for a yummy lunch.

Ladies bathroom was messy, the busboy couldn't get to the tables to clean, some lady was talking on her phone, and the food was slow to come out

Better than last visit. Superb lunch that deserves a mention in the Micheline Guide as a 1 star. The consumé was excellent, Mandarin Soufflé Salad was crisp and delightful, better burger than ‘Best Burger in Georgia'. Penne was delicious but slightly mushy which would cause a downgrade to Bib Gourmand. Main courses did not arrive at the same time but the staff apologized for the mixup. The fellow lunch guests deserve their own star. Quiet, well groomed and dressed, polite, civilized. How nice. The Popovers are very good.

Always enjoy the food, service and atmosphere at NM Cafe. It's my annual bday treat of choice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is always on point... and my fave, the popover bread with strawberry butter is ALWAYS top tier.
Amazing service!!! My waitress was soooo beautiful ? !! Service is always friendly and cool. Very personable, always enjoy my conversation with the staff! The kitchen at NM don't play!!! You may not know it but the food is always a 10/10! It's always a treat!

I had a highly disappointing experience at Neiman Marcus Café in Atlanta. The food quality was poor, and the service was equally lacking. Despite its supposed high-class environment, everything fell short of expectations. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
NM Cafe on a weekday was the perfect place for getting together with my friend from out of town who preferred finding a non-noisy place as opposed to one with loud music and loud talking. We had a delightful lunch with wonderful service from our server! Love the popover with strawberry butter and consommé served every time! Highly recommend the ginger peach iced tea as well!

My family and I have been dining at Neiman Marcus since the 90's/ Zodiac. Always the best kept secret. Chicken Broth andwarm popovers with strawberry butter upon arrival - so delicious. Excellent menu and many seasonal cocktail choices as well as everyday spirits. Our witress was fantastic and offered to take pictures as it was our holiday lunch. 100% all the way around. Be back soon!

Service was not up to Neiman Marcus standards. I made reservations and for 2pm lunch. We arrived at 1:45 and they would not seat us until 2:05. There were tables opened. I would recommend with stipulations.
Annual Holiday Shopping extravaganza. This has been a tradition since the Zodiac, now NM Cafe opened in 1972! I was 9 years old the first time we went and we have been every year (at least) since then! The popovers are so good! And I love the consommé! I will keep coming back forever!
The afternoon tea savory sandwiches were ok, but the sweet pastries were horrible. It was like someone dumped a box of store bought cheap cookies on a platter, nothing was delightful or made us smile. They might was to rethink how they want to present afternoon tea. The tea selection was ok. I will never go there again for afternoon tea. The only good thing ,were the delicious popovers and strawberry butter. The afternoon tea was not worth the money.
