My recent experience at North Italia was initially marred by an unexpectedly long wait for my order, but it was ultimately saved by the exceptional service provided by the bartender, Ms. Jay. Despite the delay, which stretched to over 85 minutes, Ms. Jay's attentiveness and commitment to resolving the situation were commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of, offering a free dessert and making the meal complimentary as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience. The Tuscan kale salad I ordered was delicious, and the quality of the food, combined with Ms. Jay's top-notch resolve, solidifies my commitment to being a continued patron of North Italia. Thank you, Ms. Jay, for turning a potentially negative experience into a positive one!

We had a great time here. Things move a little slow, especially drinks, and honestly, I didn't love my Diavolo drink; the food, however, was incredible. I had the Naples White and my husband had the Margherita and we LOVED them. My favorite thing was the meatballs appetizer, and the brussels were good too, though I didn't like the rasins with the dish; the zucchini chips were a touch bland, but salt helped. It was a good stop, and exceeded our expectations of a restaurant attached to a mall; our waitress was the elegant, perfect Taylor, and she made our visit that much better.

The food was delicious. I had the prosciutto and fig pizza. The fig was a great touch and added sweetness to the mozzarella. The basil added a freshness to the pizza I really appreciated. I also had the pomegranate mule and that was so good! Parking was rough since it’s at Lenox mall but I would still recommend.

Been there 3 times but this time wasn't as good as before the food was very greasy and had no flavor we order the white truffle bread which is typically amazing and this time it was super greasy and tasted like old oil. Service and everything was good but the food was not I will not be going back again
The staff were all very personable and helpful. The restaurant was nice with a good ambiance. The meatballs were delicious! The chicken parm was a really hefty portion. All-in-all, a great experience.
