Not A Crumb Exquisite Cakes

I don't understand where the good reviews for "NOT A Crumb!" have come from, but my experience wasTERRIBLE. I called and scheduled a cake tasting/ consultation and everything seemed fine, the owner sounded so excited to provide the cake for my wedding. When the appointment date came around for my tasting, I called to verify that I was at the right location, and the owner was not only surprised, but completely unprepared because she never saved my information. She apologized for her scheduling mistake, and I tasted whatever she was able to prepare for me.I was promised an email with a sketch of the desert bar with wedding cake that we had come up within the next 2 days I gave her my contact information AGAIN but...it never came...I was never emailed, I was never called back. Trying to book Not A Crumb! for my wedding was a WASTE OF TIME.
