Had to wait 25 minutes for just a side of fries... I understand things get busy, but it seems like common sense to quickly put out small orders that don't require much. And at $6.00, it was disappointing to have received such a small portion. It could have at least been filled to where the flaps of the box folds in.

I had a classic burger and fries and it was pretty good, better than fast food. The cashier and the kitchen staff were both very friendly. The entire meal was around $20. I ate at 11:00 am before the big crowds arrived and got my food in under 3 minutes. Good experience overall.

Scammers! That's what they are, on the electronic menu, (screen or whatever it's called) it shows you a cold coffee in a glass with ice that's super craveable and at the end they give you a bottle that's not even that cold, but the good thing is that it only happens to you once.

If it were possible, I would set it for 5 minutes!!!! The guy who makes orders did not print out our receipt, although I approached! Because of this, I waited 15 minutes just like that, and then I also waited for my order. Pizza for $15, terrible! The place is dirty and old! It's better to grab a hot dog on the street.

Place an order and wait for 45 minutes AFTER they say to come pick it up, they put orders ahead of yours, loose your order and don't care!

Pay attention to the reviews here. Just don’t do it. The food is not great and the wait will almost certainly be in excess of 30 minutes. See the rest of the zoo, then go somewhere else to eat.
