Okiboru - Sandy Springs

The food here is fantastic, I drive 45 minutes to eat it. I came in 20 minutes before closing (reasonable) and they said the kitchen was closed and refused service. The hours on google should be updated to what time the kitchen is closed, as patrons like myself are not local. But I love this restaurant, so I tried yesterday, 5:40 I was there ready and even brought a first timer with me. To my dismay, they were closed on a random Monday. So I guess I have to call before I ever eat here again? That’s kind of crazy, but I suppose that’s what I’ll have to do.

Please update your hours of operation for Monday. We drove 50 minutes to eat Ramen and found out they were closed.

Loved the yasai ramen here! I ordered the non-spicy version and it was delicious. The broth had a creamy texture with a wonderful garlicky flavor.

Got the spicy tonkotsu and ordered it to go. They had it ready in 5 minutes and the ramen was amazing! The spicy broth is the perfect heat for me and also has a nice creaminess. I recommend adding more pork if possible because I couldn't get enough!

I never leave reviews, but I ordered their veggie ramen for delivery because I’m staying from out of town. When it was delivered, it immediately smelled so bad like it was spoiled. It was a pungent fishy smell. There was only a small bit of broth in the bottom of the bowl. I had to throw it in the trash because of the smell and could not get my delivery refunded because I didn’t take a photo of it beforehand.

Very good Ramen. The dining room is a little small, so show up early!
