I believe you recently opened a restaurant / bar at Atlanta international airport. Whoever was the manager on the 8th in the evening was one of the most aggressive rude managers I have ever come across. After an issue with our bill (we understand it happens) we asked for the bill to be updated. This is an airport, and we had a flight to catch. After flagging to the manager we have been waiting 30 minutes for an updated bill, he came over, slammed a bill (which was still incorrect) and shouted at us. When we asked him why he was shouting as we were simply trying to be pay for what we had actually ordered, he (shouting) said he was frustrated, and that it had only been open for a week. Unfortunately for him he is working for a restaurant in an airport - there will be time pressures and it’s not right to shout at people who are simply trying to pay fairly. I imagine more reviews coming in like this whilst he is manager. I have had to call my bank to reverse the whole charge as the bill was wrong. They also tried to put a $10 tip on a $26 order automatically. I have never experienced this in my life

We booked the bottling session and absolutely loved it. Sam walked us through the tour and tastings and gave us an exceptional experience. Everyone was friendly and approachable and really made you feel welcome. I highly recommend this place!

I was in town for a day or two looking for someplace fun to go. I ended up here and really enjoyed it. I walked in to the owners and their staff welcoming me in. They were all awesome. Everyone was friendly and everyone was excited to get to know more about me. There was no way that I was walking out without buying something just to contribute to this awesome experience. That being said it was worth walking in to find bottles that I couldn’t get anywhere else. I walked out with a 130 proof whiskey it tasted so good. It made me wanna punch myself in the face. I will have to come back and try some of their other whiskeys as well because it was just such an enjoyable experience. The venue itself can also be reserved for tastings and small parties. Who wouldn’t want to be surrounded by whiskey, cask, and saddle up to the bar For a small party? That being said if you’re having a small party there and you need an extra guest, please invite me. I’d be happy to sit the room and have a drink with you. Thank you all for an awesome experience. I will return until the details of my exciting journey often.

Nice people, great selection and honest guidance

Adding details due to the response from the owner which tracks with my experience in the establishment. I travel to Norcross frequently for work. Went in for a drink after getting off early and was ignored by the staff, left without ending up getting a drink or service.

Take ownership of your failures and don't blame others.

Visited for the first time this weekend - very cool place, the bathroom is hidden behind bookcase! The drinks were great and we loved trying the O4D flight! Our group of 4 got two flights and 4 cocktails to split - about 25-30$/head. Only minus 1 star because it opened a little over an hour late. A small line of people were standing outside around noon, we joined a couple of minutes after, and around 12:15 we all gave up and walked to Biggerstaff down the street. We came back around 1:30 or a couple before and they were just opening up then. Worth the wait but could be tough if it’s common and you’re trying to go right at opening.
