Chef Yun and his staff were absolutely amazing and professional. The passion amongst every individual here shows in their work and I loved everything about my experience! The menu is wonderfully thought out with flavors and textures of all kinds. The fish is exquisitely fresh and melts in your mouth. It is crazy how Chef Yun can make things like a humble steamed egg taste so elevated and warm. I usually don't treat myself out to meals of this caliber but this is a must try.
We were so excited to try Omakase by Yun - after a (minor) scheduling mishap, the restaurant was very helpful and accomodating, and we were finally able to go and the experience was amazing. The level of service is impeccable and the courses all have an intriguing mix of flavors and ingredients, while also incorporating classic techniques. We've been to a number of omakase around the world, and this is absolutely top. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are top notch. There is a very small but tight-knit community of omakase chefs who deserve to be recognized as leaders, and Yun is one of the select few.
