This is a great beltline restaurant. The manager, Nash, was professional, accommodating, and clearly committed to ensuring excellent customer service. The waitstaff, Erica, was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. The food and drinks were good. Finally, the live music entertainment was superb. I will definitely be back.

Great spot on the beltline. I didn't know that they had a location outside the airport but would absolutely go again. Great vibes.

Came here for brunch with my boyfriend. Once we got seated, it took a very long time to get a server to take our orders. We had to go up ourselves to get someone to help us. Once we had ordered, it took 30 minutes for our drinks to come out. When our drinks came out, we asked on an update for the food. Once the food had FINALLY come out, it had already been almost an hour of waiting. Food was pretty good, but in my opinion, not worth the wait. I recommend coming here if you're not that hungry.

Let me preface by saying we are restaurant industry people, so we really try to be an understanding as possible.
Food was great, once it arrived. Reservations were for 12:15, got our drinks around 1:00 and food not for until almost 2:00. First round of drinks taking 45 minutes was just a bit shocking given the fact that the restaurant was not busy & we ordered a bottle of wine, a beer, and one cocktail.
Food was really great once it arrived. We ordered the oysters and deviled eggs- the oysters came out within 30 minutes. The eggs got lost along the way but eventually they came out. Entrees took a while and when they came out some things were missing like sides etc. Food was really good! However the server, who was very polite and nice, didn’t check in after we had the food for a few bites etc, so we didn’t get a chance to address the missing items until the manager checked in.
By the time we were paying (our bill came to a little over $1,000 for 7 adults 1 kid), the server said the side my mom was missing was coming out despite my mom saying it wasn’t needed anymore. The server had mentioned “well they already made it” and I just wanted to point out well we’ve already eaten and are ready to go? Should’ve been made when it was supposed to, not really wanted after everything is said and done.

The jazz band playing was really great!

Overall, coming from a server who currently and has always worked in busy places- I know brunch can suck to work. But when the restaurant isn’t packed, and sections are 3 or 4 tables, the service should be way more on top of it. Checking in, just letting us know that the food is taking a while or drinks at the bar, makes a huge difference in making your table feel remembered and important.
The food was delicious, just some tweaking on service to be done and this place is great.

Food was delicious. Jazz trio was fantastic. Server was kind but overwhelmed. Completely disorganized and extremely delayed in all aspects of service. Nearly an hour for drinks and champagne, an hour for appetizers, many components missing from entrees and first courses delivered after entrees. Not sure if it was lack of staff (there were several), lack of training, kitchen of simply overall management of the restaurant? Would like to return maybe if they get their act together?

The food was outstanding. We especially loved the gambas dish and the chicken skewers and the amazing burger!! Wow! The staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive. We loved it.

They recently changed the menu and got rid of any remaining vegetarian option.
They have a potato salad in the menu which they "ran out."
They had a tomato soup but had meat in it for some reason
When asked to change it, they did, but the soup did not taste tomatoey anymore.
Also, a stomach ache is keeping me up tonight!

*It could be a good spot for others, but it didn't work out for me.

Dietary restrictions: No vegetarian options available. Even the salads and soups are risky!

We’d been meaning to try this place given the reputation of the Hartsfield location for quite some time and finally made it there tonight. Truth be told, I will be shocked if this place is still open next year. Service aside which was totally fine; the food here is a total joke. We were told the menu had recently changed about 2 weeks ago and it looked to have been cut down a good bit. When we went to order appetizers they weren’t serving about 25% of what they had listed on the menu. We were one of only two tables seated in the entire restaurant, so it clearly wasn’t a demand issue. We ordered 2 apps between the four of us which took close to 45 minutes to come out. Before they did, we were told they were comped due to issues going on with the ordering process. Sadly, only one ever arrived at our table. Not sure what happened to the other, but they were probably out of that as well and didn’t feel the need to tell us. All of our entrees (the open cod sandwich, salmon curry, and potato salad) were incredibly mediocre and could have been prepared in my own kitchen. For what they charged, it’s a total sham and the chef or whoever is working in that kitchen should be totally ashamed. If I was the owner of this business, I’d find a new chef ASAP or read the writing on the wall and shut this place down. What a disaster.

We made reservations to go there for Sushi since it was advertised on the menu and had good reviews. Unfortunately, only after arriving did we learn that they were not serving sushi anymore. They indicated that several people arrived expecting sushi, so they plan on bringing a couple of sushi items back soon.

Nasia and Nash provided the most exceptional service from the moment we walked in the door. I am an Atlanta native that lives on the Beltline who has never experienced this level of service in my life. They went above and beyond to make our visit amazing. The food was excellent. My issue is that there is no true happy hour and they have taken away the sushi menu. Until this issue is resolved, I will not return.

The place is amazing. The parking app is a mess. Ruins a great experience. I couldn't connect so my guest tried. We both had trouble but she got allll the way through the thing first so I stopped trying. A day after a truly unforgettable meal, it started sending me threats. No it says it 'fined' me $72! Avoid that mess and walk over. Truly a fantastic find on the beltline.

Parking: Terrible app avoid

We had a very odd and rather unpleasant experience at One Flew South. It was part of the OpenTable Summer Sets series. It was way overpriced and it did not match up with what was advertised. It was supposed to be about chefs explaining what music inspired their dishes. They sat all 10 of us very close together even though the whole restaurant was empty. There was a VERY loud woman next to us who was ruining our dining experience. After asking to be moved a few times, they finally moved us a little farther away (but still not on the other side of the restaurant). They gave us two dishes per course and the drink pairings were very odd (e.g., martini or gin collins with salmon and tandoori chicken). They gave us two dishes at the same time with each of the 3 courses, cramming the two plates on to the small tables. We paid nearly $400 for this very annoying and unsatisfying experience.

This was a first visit for all 12 of us in my party. We all raved about the service, food, decor and location. We are adding it to our faves list and will be back as smaller groups next time!

I will start by saying that the wait staff is very nice and helpful. I feel bad saying anything negative about where they work. That said, this location is giving up. We were one of just a couple of parties that were there when we were there. We thought they were closed when we walked in - nope - we were just the first ones there, at 7:45. They've changed the menu from what they have online (they no longer offer sushi, for example). The food that we did get was average at best.
