it was just a normal experience with Grand Hyatt, a little disappoint from the management service.. after all everything is great , especially hotel bar, Anyway, I will recommend you to visit once

Live next door, popped in for late lunch early dinner. The service was amazing, thank you Work who is the bartender. There was a young lady who made an amazing OH my Chai for Brandy. The food was amazing as well. We will be back.
Vegetarian options: Alepo Cauliflower spicy bites were amazing. Flatbread cheese pizza was good as well.
Roomservicefood with plastics. That’s the style of a 2star hotels. It‘s a no go.

Spent some time at Grand Hyatt for Mother’s Day weekend and enjoyed several meals and the Onyx Restaurant. The service was impeccable and the food delectable. HR surely has a penchant for selecting only the best people to represent the Hyatt Brand and everyone and everything exceeding my expectations!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt. Eating at the Onyx for dinner was amazing. I had the cobb salad and my boyfriend had the Reuben. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, but the experience was worthwhile mostly because of our waitress, Klara! She was so friendly and charismatic.She gave us tips on places we could visit throughout Atlanta, told us stories about her family, and provided us with the warmest welcome to the town. If you’re staying at the Grand Hyatt, be sure to eat at the Onyx and ask for Klara!

The spicy fried green beans was very good! But the red pesto pasta was disappointing and the peach cocktail was far too sweet. Nice view of the zen garden and atmosphere in the hotel

Quality of food is excellent for a bar menu & they have a ton of healthy options (including vegetarian and vegan). The black bean and quinoia burger can't be beat and soy crusted tofu also good!

Drinks are overpriced. $10 for a monitor? And it can take a long time to get a drink. But it is the only hotel bar in the hotel.
