Nice place but absolutely terrible customer service terrible service for what you pay for to get in. The booking is horrible for one person driving to enjoy your night $40 for parking $30 per person.

Whoever answered the phone was very rude and hung up in my face. Customer service is poor. Then got the nerve to respond saying I was playing otp. I wasn’t. I was asking simple questions and I didn’t need the answers to be answered with an attitude.

I usually don’t complain but this was a horrible experience, today I went to opium to celebrate Memorial Day with my friend, when I got there it was okay we pulled up to parking and was 40$ ok typical it’s ATLANTA, not so surprised I’m from the Bronx Ny. We get in line, and first red flag the police security was running over peoples feet to keep them in line and in the barricades, now that right there is just evil and inhumane, next the people at the club were telling the security that someone was waving a gun around and flashing it at people no one took heed. So we are in line I claimed free tickets for the party in advance so I should’ve still been allowed in, but they said the time was expired which it wasn’t clearly stated on the ticket, it should clearly say “if you come after 9 your ticket is invalid” but whatever. A few mins later gunshots go off, people running I got trampled on and push through barricades. I run to the back of the club and hide. Two bottles girls come out clearly see I’m injured and I’m with the police and they have the nastiest attitudes saying “you can’t stand back here everything’s calm now & you have to get back in line.” If cursing them out was an option I would have done so but the security guards ended up telling them that I was in their care. Even the police were disgusted with them, I know the club atmosphere is full of reckless activities but a business is still a business so representation is key and I would know this because I work in Human Resources. Companionship still matters at the end of the day I’m literally in the back limping because my knee is sprained and my skin is ripped off. So we asked for our money back because we didn’t get in because I’m injured and have to seek medical attention they wouldn’t give us parking money back nor ticket money back. With that being said I don’t know how I’m gonna handle this situation but I’m deeply looking into it. I hope you guys can come to a solution for me because truly that isn’t right and I’m a great customer but this is just unacceptable.

This place is so inconsistent. The service used to be horrible, the last 2 times I went the bartender/waitress was great. I came this time for lunch at 2:30, they open at 2, yet I get there and they are closed. The guy outside, who looked like a hobo told me the cook hadn't shown up. This place is run terribly. If you decide to go call first before you waste your gas for nothing.

This club is cool for getting good looking ladies. Just don’t get a section here. I paid one of they promoters a deposit for a section that was $1700, got to the club and one of the owners didn’t see my name so the section paid my deposit for was booked by someone else because the promoter didn’t lock me in… then I still had to pay full 1700 for a smaller section they gave me. I had 20 people with me and they couldn’t all fit in that small section, mind u this was my birthday party and I had no choice because I didn’t want to find another club last min. Yall are so lucky I changed my ways because that club would of gotten shut down that night for playing with my money… yall better stop playing with people money, yall are going to come across the wrong person that’s going shoot that club up, yall lucky I didn’t do it with the 20 people I was with.
