This used to be one of my favorite spots — a place I would genuinely recommend to friends and revisit often. Unfortunately, the service has taken a steep nosedive lately, and it’s clear that something fundamental has changed. The warmth, the hospitality, the attention to the guest experience — gone.
Now, it feels like the only goal is to get you in, feed you, and rush you out as quickly as possible. No one checks in, no one really cares if you’re enjoying your meal — just robotic motions to move things along and turn over the table. The whole vibe has shifted from welcoming to “hurry up and leave.”
Last night was especially frustrating. I had every intention of tipping in cash, as I often do. But when I went to pay, a completely different server — not the one who served our table — processed the payment and asked with a tone full of attitude: “Aren’t you leaving a tip for your server?” First of all, our table was a party of two — not a group or large gathering that needed extensive service. And second, it is absolutely not your place to ask or assume how I choose to tip, especially when you’re not the one who served me. That kind of pressure and passive-aggressive guilt-tripping is just unacceptable.
It’s a shame to see a place lose its soul like this. The food may still be good, but service matters — and no meal is good enough to make up for the feeling that you’re being treated like a burden instead of a guest.
I truly hope they figure this out, but until then, I won’t be returning.

I like this place a lot. They have the most reasonable pricing for Chinese food lunch combinations. They also give you a good amount of food. I’ve been coming here for years as it’s not easy to find good Chinese food in Atlanta. The service was okay and I had to clean off the seat before I sat down. But, that didn’t take away from the delicious, made to order food that I look forward to when visiting this restaurant.

“PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE” The customer service was amazing but if you’re expecting great quality food at this place you’re sadly mistaken. My husband, 5 year old daughter and I got hibachi that was completely “OVERPRICED”. The reviewers commented about the food being great must have terrible palettes because I cook way better fried rice. I honestly don’t understand how anyone thinks this food is even close to acceptable when it’s complete trash. I never make reviews but I need ppl to know the food is not good or ok as ppl make it out to be ppl are definitely exaggerating. The steak my husband and I got was dry and my daughter chicken was also dry so I ended up trashing all our meal’s.

This place is cheeks it is not “ok” as they say in these reviews. That was not fried rice and their meat is dry and not seasoned enough. These people in the review have obviously drank too much sake while being there and that is how it tastes good to them. Their pricing is also outrageous.

The food was ok. The shrimps where over cooked and I just think rice with 8 shrimps for 40 something dollars is just to pricey.

Fun experience! The chef was entertaining and funny. However, I felt that the 'show' was quite short. The food was well seasoned. I got the shrimp and felt it was slightly overcooked. It was fresh and tasted great though!
