Would like to let folks know that there was a baby ROACH in my Mongolian beef to go order. Before going here, and this used to be my regular Japanese/Chinese food spot, I checked their health food score as I always do and they had a 96, which made me feel comfortable as usual. I called the health department after finding the roach and reported them. I called back a week later because their score was still 96 and was told that the inspector did a follow up and found that Orkin had been going out repeatedly and that the restaurant was leaving the back door open. When I asked why their health score wasn’t updated, I was told it was an internal report (you can call the health department yourself and ask), and no word on when their score will be updated again. Be careful because I definitely threw up after finding this and it’s so small that it could’ve been mistaken for a seasoning if you’re not looking at your food, but it definitely was a roach.

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!!! We visited this establishment today for the first time. We heard great things about this restaurant and decided to go for my nephew's birthday. He loves hibachi and loves to enjoy the experience it brings. My nephew has a seafood and egg allergy and we was informed that the restaurant could not accommodate him due to his allergies. If you have any food allergies I would advise you to not go to this restaurant as they do not accommodate anyone with food allergies. My nephew was crushed due to his birthday dinner being ruined.

This was a hidden gem but I’d definitely prefer not to return unfortunately. We showed up at 9:30 pm we’re rushed into ordering , menus weren’t provided to us the moment we sat down . Had to physically get up and ask our waitress for things because she was to busy lolly gagging with her peers .
Food was good and hibachi chef was amazing !! Now as for the waitress she charged a group of 3 (me and my plus 2) 18% gratuity ?? Even though we were going to tip but I could’ve sworn it’s 18/ 20 % on a party of 5 +.
The so called General Manager was very difficult over the phone . Explained if a check was over 80 dollars you get gratuity charged .. cool no problem but every one had their separate checks they combined our checks together to take more $$ . Wasn’t explained to us didn’t even ask did we want our receipt.. Beware pay attention to your checks if you are dining with a party of 4 and under and don’t get scammed like us .
Also not to fail to mention the GM said he’d have to get the receipts from corporate ? But as I looked online there is no corporate.. Don’t you normally look up a transaction number to re print correct ?
