I don’t like to write poor reviews for businesses but some places deserve it. My friend and I thought it would be cute for the kids to have hibachi in a train setting so we tried it. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. Without a smile or greeting, he told us loudly to wait for 25 minutes while others who arrived after us were seated first. When we asked for water, the bartender gave us styrofoam cups instead of normal glasses.
The hibachi chef was unfriendly, wore a mask, and didn’t engage with the table. The seafood smelled bad before it was even cooked, and the food was overly salty with no low-sodium soy sauce option. The quality of oil used was poor, and the overall meal left me feeling dehydrated and bloated.
On top of that, the prices were outrageous—$100 for me and my child, with kids’ meals costing $30. Also unusual that they charge extra for fried rice. For subpar food and terrible service, it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

It might be cultural, but the waitress was not very friendly. Now the food was really good.

The food is usually delicious except for the last time I went. The hibachi grill was too hot and all of the food had a burnt taste to it. I probably won't be back for a while. I'm very disappointed because this was one of my favorite spots for hibachi and sushi.

It was not very crowded for a weekend. We had to wait forever to get our food.. that came out all at different times. Our drinks were empty and not refilled in a timely matter. The food was great though! The sesame chicken was really good.

The service is bad and the food is average, I'm talking about what we ordered, for a well located and large place there is a lot to improve. The only thing is that the price with the volume of the food is very good.

Overall food was ok, second time coming to this place, same perception. The service takes a long time until the person comes to your table, you have to look around trying to find someone, the spicy tuna in the sushi was too spicy 🌶️ and I like spicy.

This place is not the same as it was years ago. Beef and broccoli...way too salty. Basil Shrimp...not a good flavor at all.

The food was great! We had hibachi with veggie tempura. The tempura was lightly breaded and seasoned perfectly. The hibachi was good, not overly salty, and cooked done all the way through until the last bite. Our hibachi chef wasn't for all the tricks and stuff, but that was fine, lol. He did his job with the hibachi, and we enjoyed it. We'll be back

Really enjoyed our meal here. Everything tasted fresh. Even the lo mein was just better than our normal spots.
I had the tuna tartare and I could eat that every day for the rest of my life. Great kick of spicy... Gah. I want to eat it again.
I then had the sushi sampler which was 4 pieces of nigiri. My wife had the Mongolian chicken (she doesn't do fish), and it had just the right amount of smokiness. So often the smoky flavor is overwhelming. And my 2 year old had the vegetable lo mein and edamame.
Everything was so good. Service was solid. The ambience is super cool in the train cars.
We'll be back!
Kid-friendliness: Yes. They have high chairs and we saw plenty of other kids throughout the restaurant.

My experience was not great at all. Took my mom and found a cricket 🦗 in my habachi! All the manager said was sorry! I left feeling disgusted and vomiting! Picture below
