For a large reservation, the restaurant requires a deposit. My reservation was for 15 people. The deposit was for $200.00. The deposit is not credited back the check for dinner. You must walk to other side of the restaurant and present a physical card for a refund. Thankfully, a manager reminded me before I left the restaurant. Otherwise, I would have forgot. Many popular restaurants require a deposit. However, the process to get your $ back from Orient Express is orchestrated...

9/2025- had to update this review, we have always loved this place but feel like it’s been going down hill a lot. Tonight we order delivery and the shrimp lomein was so fishy and gross and the sweet and sour chicken is usually white meat and this time it was mixed and just gross with so much sauce it was soggy. We will not be returning since we just threw out $50 in food ugh!

I had the chance to enjoy excellent service and a truly delicious meal. The setup was beautifully arranged in the style of a train, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. A wonderful environment overall. I highly recommend visiting to experience this amazing place for yourself.”
