Love this bar! My girls and I have such a great time every time we go! There is this one female bartender (I sadly don’t remember her name, but she has blonde hair) that is such a sweetheart! Definitely go here if you want to meet new people!

We had my boyfriend’s surprise party at Ormsby’s And the service was wonderful from start to finish. Leslie was so helpful in booking a table for a group of 25 people and being super responsive to all of my questions. Jonna was our server and she took great care of us all night long! With a group of 25 I don’t know how she did it but cannot praise her enough!

The burger and fries were decent, but nothing great, however, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was marvelous.

This place is awesome! Alex was our bartender and what a good time he made it for me and my husband. The sandwich I got was phenomenal and of course we loved the drinks from Alex. This is a really fun place for hangout/entertainment. Looking forward to the next time we pop in :)

I wanted to share some feedback from my visit on November 22, 2025. My waitress, Alyssa, was pleasant and it was understandably a busy night. I had just finished my first bodybuilding competition and was very excited for a good post-show meal.

I ordered and prepaid for everything before service, which included:

Coconut Curry – $14.00
Chips & Salsa – $6.00
Choco Butterscotch Bread Pudding – $7.00
Subtotal: $27.00
Tax: $2.61
Tip: $10.00
Total: $39.61

The Chips & Salsa and Bread Pudding came out promptly and were delicious. However, my main dish, the Coconut Curry, never arrived during the meal. After waiting over an hour and asking several times, it finally came out just as everyone at my table was getting ready to leave.

At that point, I didn’t have time to enjoy it and unfortunately had to leave with it boxed up. Since I was traveling and couldn’t properly store the food, it went to waste.

While everything I did eat was great, I was disappointed to have spent $14 on a meal I couldn’t actually enjoy. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future, and I’d appreciate any resolution you’re able to offer.

I don’t know why I haven’t gone here earlier! The late night scene in Atlanta is unmatched when you compare Ormsbys! It seems like an underground restaurant/speakeasy at first. But then go down the stairs in the center of the first floor and you have entered the ultimate “man-cave.”

Two pool tables, two giant bocce ball fields, giant connect 4, pinball, ring toss, ski ball, shuffleboard, I can go on and on! And both floors have full service bars too.

The food is also AWESOME! The westside burger is something I highly recommend! I went last Friday for my first time and kept coming back 3 days in a row lol. New spot fr!!!!

I love coming here with my coworkers after a shift. The service is fantastic, on point without being overbearing, and the value for food and drinks can’t be beat in this part of town. Also, the downstairs is such a fun time on the weekend

First time in today, we went downstairs to sit at the bar at around 6:35 because the upstairs was full. As we were all taking our seats my boyfriend is about to sit down and a woman named Jess literally pulls the chair away from him and tells us “we pull all chairs at 7pm.” I said “It’s 6:40
” She proceeds to tell my boyfriend he can stand because he has “sturdy legs”
what. Then proceeds to tell us we have to pick the chairs up and put them away when we’re done. At that point (thank god) the bartender tells her “they’re customers they’re not here to work.”

The vibe was completely ruined. I do appreciate the bar staff who tried to make us feel comfortable after the weird situation.

As an industry professional who works in fine dining and high profile bartending that is something that should NEVER happen in front of to a customer.

Hopefully nobody else has to experience feeling like an inconvenience to Jess.

(The extra star is for the AMAZING bartender in the basement bar who really tried to make us feel wanted in the establishment.)

shout out to jess! dont ever take a chair out from under a customer if you want their business! I never in my life have i felt so disrepected within the first 10 seconds of entering an establishment. you should put the bottle down and not so be overly obnoxious while at work... jess your chair is ready for you to take back, go get it.

dont go to this place! management just acted like nothing happened and you can tell they know shes a consistent problem. cut her off guys, maybe we'll come back. 0/5 stars
