I usually love coming to this place but I bought a side Caesar salad and the lettuce is terrible. As a person who works in the food industry, I would never serve this to a guest. You can not up charge for everything and then provide bad quality food, especially for something so simple as a salad. Do better please. People do not want to waste their hard earned money just as much as you all do not want to. There’s a time to stop making excuses for bad reviews and just decide to serve better. Your customers keep your doors open, value their service!

I have been a customer since they opened this location: Honestly , I hate to do this but… it’s a hit or Miss. today my bill was exceedingly large. Finally when I asked they told me new 9% inflation charge. I received no receipt. Then I wait on my food. Chicken strips are cold and fries are cold and dried up. To pay over $30 and my food isn’t even hot is horrible service! My bread was cold, my chicken and my fries. Like it had been sitting out all day! Do better Otters!!!

I went there for dinner and probably had the worst experience. Place hardly had any customers yet all tables were dirty. As soon as you walk in, there is a big sign in your face saying “9% inflation fee will be added to your check”. No way there food cost rose by 9%.The fries looked like they were scraped out from the fryer. Sorry but people can make better fries drunk.Save your money, go to Shane’s next door.

So not only did I have to pick thru what little lettuce there was because some of it was brown/slimy, the sheer audacity to charge $12 for such a small salad, I just can’t. For $12 this container better be packed with lettuce. $8 at Wendy’s gets you more and better quality. Salads have the largest profit margins of any meal at most restaurants, so for it to be this scant is just insulting. The chicken is actually really good, the folks are nice, but let’s step up this salad game please.

I meant to post this review Wednesday night when this happened; but been busy. Me and my girlfriend came here to eat some food after a long of work. I had a couple of bad experiences ordering food here. We came here Wednesday night, spoke with the hosts, and informed her that I’ve had bad experiences the past couple of times. She acknowledged that the food would be better. I was totally surprised when I went back home to find out that the food was cold, hard, and tiny. I understand times been been hard due to Covid and I tried to be understanding; but this was an horrible experience to say the least

The food is average and sufficient for the menu price. Here's the kicker, it's not possible to tip the staff if you pay with card. Also to top it off the owner has posted a sign that says something like "we are adding 9% to you order due to inflation." Which is genuinely hilarious because they clearly feel that it's your problem inflation exists so their solution is to artificially inflate their prices beyond what they already have to pass on the entire economy's pain to the person inflation hurts the most; the consumer. I find this to be a shockingly skummy business model that takes advantage of the customer and the kind hardworking people it employs.

Nasty, I will not be back. The wings are big and undercooked. They were flavorless even with the seasoning. The fries are hard and nasty. The dipping sauce watered down. The fried pickles were greasy. Very disappointed. I had much better food. Slow service. The tenders were okay but not good enough to come back. The ultimate, the A/C did not work.

We live in the area and drive by here often. We were tired of the same ol options and we’re looking for something new. The service was good (a little slow though) and the food was cooked well, but there was nothing remarkable about the food unfortunately. We ordered the #2 tender basket and some wings. The tenders and fries were cooked well but didn’t have much flavor. Could have used some salt and some flavor. The fries were standard crinkle fries, skinny. The honey mustard was watery and also so so. The size of the wings was nice but we’ve had much better lemon pepper wings in the area. If we’re in a pinch, we’ll return but otherwise we’d choose 4-5 other chicken places before this one.

There's Shane's, Moe's, and Otters to choose from in this complex. I choose to support local, but when i get in there the young guy at the counter is just looking at me crazy for 30 seconds straight without greeting me or asking me what i want. Just awkward silence. Guess he wanted me to just order? So i left and gave my hard earned money to Moe's. They greeted me properly. Please teach your employees how to greet someone! A simple welcome in or how can i help you isn't asking much.

I’ve ordered here multiple times but today Made me want to leave a review. Presentation looks amazing and taste really good. And gave plenty of ranch which i really appreciate. Thanks!

Wings should be cooked 1 min. longer and the chicken fingers sandwich has a rubbery texture. Great customer service though!

Great tenders and sauces, fries were hot and fresh, drink machine was good, serving staff ready to help and happy to assist with additional needs. Not too busy during dinner, easy to get food, dine at leisure and leave but lunchtime, this place is busy, but not overly busy.

Ordered through UberEATS. The first time was fantastic so I was really excited about the second time. Not as good Everything and I mean everything was too salty. Didn't include any dressing/dip with fried mushrooms. But they were cooked evenly but salty. Chicken tenders were good. Fries were good although it's hard to tell true taste because delivery fries are never really good. I do like the lemon pepper for the wings. It's dry not wet. Overall ok. I'll try them one more time in the future and hope I get the first experience again.
