Ordered delivery to my hotel during my visit to Atlanta. I ordered Asparagus, a loaded baked potato, and grilled shrimp. The Asparagus looked like thin blades of overgrown grass and was mushy overcooked, horrible. The shrimp was cold and rubbery as if they were leftovers gathered from other plates, totally filthy. The baked potato was just ok, thank God I got to eat at least one item. It's sad when you pay good money and receive crappie 💩 in return.

Great experience! Our server, Ranii was amazing! She was really helpful with the menu , had a sweet personality, and kept up with everything at our table (food, drinks). We would honestly come back just to sit in her section again!! Thanks Ranii :)

I would have given 5 stars but our steaks were cold. The manager did come speak to us and had them remade . Thank you to our waitress Ronnie, she was amazing. She was so pleasant we couldn’t even get upset about the steaks. She deserves 5 stars!!!!

Terrible service, please don’t waste your time going to this location. I arrived on a Wednesday evening for dinner around 7:15 pm with a party of 5. It was a weekday that was not even remotely crowded probably 15 total in the area where I sat to include my own party. So not crowded at all which can attribute to longer service waiting times (understandably ) let’s start with the old mold smell in the ladies restroom, the smell of rot mold and decay was very evident and pungent …🚩.red flag 🚩 that should have signaled to leave just based on that.If my family weren’t coming to include small kids I definitely would have left based on the bathroom alone. Returned to my table order entree and drink 🍹 mock tail that I received upon almost our departure almost cancelled ….all in all the absolute worst outback experience I have ever had, I would never recommend or return to this location ever!! under any circumstances. If I could give 0 zero stars I would. Save yourself the stress headache and choose another location.

I've frequented the Toco Hills Outback since it opened almost 30 years ago but never again. I've never sent food back but my filet tasted rancid and freezer-burnt. The manager was sullen & never apologized but did agree to replace the filet - rancid again, it's going home to the dog - & the already slow server decided it wasn't worth waiting on us anymore. Then they tried to charge me for both bad cuts of meat. Nasty meat, terrible customer service.

To say our orders got screwed up would be a bit of an understatement. In all, I cannot recommend this location. My friends pasta was a bit underdone and mine came out wrung up incorrectly. I ate there because it's the closest to my house and I had a gift card.

5 stars because my issue was more than resolved by the manager. I didn't write down her name because I wasn’t expecting to speak with her. I got home and realized I didn’t have all of my order. The manager came to the phone, (I didn’t request to speak with a manager) explained what happened, apologized and took accountability for her kitchen team, then resolved my issue better than what I was asking for. THE best customer service I’ve experienced in a while.

My family and I love this Outback, and our recent visit was no exception. The food was amazing, as always! We especially enjoyed the Bloomin' Onion, Boomerang Margarita Sampler, steak, house salad, cheesecake, and Chocolate Thunder from Down Under. Our server was super sweet and made the experience even better. The only small note was that my mom found the chili a bit too spicy. I enjoyed it, but it was right on the edge of being a little too spicy for me as well. Overall, another great visit, and we’ll definitely be back!
